  If the trial version shows as expired, then it expired. There is no way to prolong the trial.

  I have a HP Pavilion g7-1070us laptop with a Toshiba hard drive dead confirmed.  The laptop was purchased in March 2011, at the expiration of the standard warranty in April 2012.

  I checked the warranty of the hard drive by the Web from Toshiba site and they say that it is covered until April 2014.  However, they also say that I have to go through the manufacturer for warranty work, since it is part of the OEM.

  Is this correct?  If so, how can I get a replacement of the hard disk that is under warranty, when the laptop belonged is not?

  I guess I was also trying to explain that there is no reason to be angry against HP. They didn't do anything that every other computer manufacturer did not 20 years. It's just the way the world works. Again, sorry.

  I can't solve this problem.  I bought this laptop 28/02/2013 and just recently noticed that using HP Support Assistant, is to show that my warranty expired on 20/03/2013, is not even a month after purchase.  So do not trust the HPSA, I went the online security Checker, who said the same thing.  So I sent in the form of disputes in line with proof of purchase and an e-mail back within 24 hours that my warranty are updated.  But it is not updated.  I tried twice and both times, they say that my warranty is up to date and both times when I check, my warranty has expired.  I've been in contact with a technical support person who said I do what I do, but it does not work.  What now?

I had a problem with my iPhone a few months where the phone went into a constant reboot cycle. It was repaired at a local phone repair shop. Recently, I'm having a problem where I can not even the phone past the apple logo. I brought the same repair shop, but this time, they said it is more serious and maybe he isn't able to fix at all.   HP 3210. All cartridges are full, says black cartridge has expired. What is the work around? Don't want to buy the new cartridge. Should be able to use even if slightly expired ink. Need help.

  This HP MODEL 3210 is an extra in the user guide where a "work around" at the end of the ink is possible. Acknowledge that damage possible plumbing is an unknown issue for me. Fact is that 3210 would not print, but it copies, so made some copies. Subsequently 3210 is printing. Please note in the list of machines in the user guide where "bypass" is possible. Response must respond to this announcement first, explain, and then provide the caveat. Incorrect to say there is no work around 3210 and, presumably, other models listed. There is a separate list of models that do NOT have around.
