ITBM tab appears but is empty appears no details.

Hi Techies,

I'm stuck with the integration of ITBM with VCAC, I configured the ITBM with all the steps mentioned in the VMware Documentation... I can't see the content of the ITBM tab... Please find attached the screen.

I'm running vcac 6.0.1 and ITBM standard edition 6.0.1.

Newspapers itfm.log, Vcac.log, Catalinout.log display no error message... they display the message saying that VCenter server connection has failed which is quiet obvious. Please help me in fixing this problem.

When I encountered this problem, it was always a time synchronization problem. Ensure that ITBM, vCenter and vCAC App are within 5 minutes of each other. You do once you may need to restart ITBM and/or vCAC app, but then it should display the content on the business management tab after.
