  You can use the fixed size option and enter the size in the input fields using the unit of measure of your choice; That is to say in, px, cm etc.

  If you right click in the entry boxes there are the list of measured values.

  Long story short, I did not know Firefox Sync and my old installation of Windows is damaged due to a corruption of HD, and I reinstalled Windows on a new PC.

  I have Firefox installed on your new PC, and in the past I would just copy files as places.sqlite on the new profile and bookmarks would be restored, but that has not worked. In fact, I replaced each element (straight upward to copy and paste to replace the new files) of the old profile in the news, but when I reopen it firefox, this is still a new installation; no saved passwords, cookies, history, nothing.

  Any ideas?

  Have you tried to use the Profile Manager?

  • To start, press the Windows key + R
  • Type in firefox.exe - ProfileManager and click OK
  • Create a new profile and choose the folder that contains your backed up files
  • Close the Profile Manager and launch Firefox

• Impossible to copy and paste after the installation of updates

  Installed the updates this morning and now unable to copy a Web page and paste it in microsoft works. Can I use another program, but I'm not a happy camper. It tells me that I should not always immediately install new updates due to problems of this kind. I got burned by updates in the past, but it has been awhile. Everyone must wait at least a week or two before you install these updates.

  What you are trying to copy and paste in the works?  What steps do you take to do this?

  When you try and copy, the copy function appears if you right click on the selected text?

  Do you receive an error message when you try to copy and paste?

  You can copy from another application, such as Notepad in the works?

  My Mac Pro runs like a machine triple boot with Ubuntu 10.04, OS X 10.6 and Windows 7. I use my virtual machines in OS X (VMware Fusion) and Ubuntu 10.04 (VMware Player).

  When you start a virtual machine, that I always wonder if the machine has been copied or moved. An insider tip to avoid this? It is not really a biggie but well anyway.

  What version of Illustrator? If it's CC, then you need Adobe Application Manager, also called creative cloud. All of the CC downloads arrive via this application.

  When I was driving around one day the reusable elements in ohio (where everyone puts the reusable elements on curbside), there is a dell computer that has a valid xp home product key, but no xp cd. Then I went to a neighborhood garage sale and I found a few more computers with windows xp (home edition and I believe it is the pro version). I want to be able to download a copy of xp family of microsoft, not illegally (illegally isn't worth not, greater risk of major security to my network). Anyone know a person within microsoft who has an email I could contact about this? Or is there a download link, as lets say, you type your valid product key, and then it allows you to download the ISO image and then I could burn on cd?   And I just got some portable double heart who have windows xp on them, but the Guy didn't tell me it would be locked by password for once its shareholding pc (p3 processors) thought that I would give them to my aged grandparents for a gift.  But there is a legitimate copy of windows on the laptop.   Microsoft prohibits any help given in these Forums for you help bypass or "crack" passwords lost or forgotten.

  I suggest that you reinstall the operating system for computers, back to new condition.

  If no disc came with them, contact the computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disc for them.

  They charge a small fee for this.

  Also, ask the manufacturer if there is a recovery Partiiton to do this reinstall.

  The recovery process can be started by pressing a particular combination of the key or keys at startup.

  Maybe it's F10, F11, Alt + F10, etc., depending on the manufacturer.

  Ask them to the proper key sequence.

  Edit: As they are ex-entreprise, they can also be Volume License.

  If they are, we can not help you at all.

  I suggest that you ask the guy you how they were allowed.

• Satellite M30-107: I/o error and impossible to copy data

  I'm trying to back up my data to DVD blank and I "Draq n drop" software to do as well as other kinds. Insert the blank dvd - R and dvd + R disc, and nothing happens. It does not seem to recognize.

  When I try to open it from the dvd icon this message sometimes "demand impossible because of an i/o device error. I a super multi drive which should read all kind of cd and DVD but something is wrong." I went to my computer and double click on the icon and under the recording tab, I clicked on "Enable recording on this cd player" I dragged then records in the dvd and it seems to have worked, when I inserted the dvd then it doesn't let me open it...

  Could someone help me with this please? I'm not too good with computers and I had it for two years and this is the first time that I am trying to back up my files and I can't do it.

  Drag & drop is not bad bud, I advise to use the software "Nero burning rom" to burn the DVD.
  This software supports many burning options and allows you to burn the middle with best performance.

  Additional you need to know that the player doesn't support not all CD or DVD of all brands.
  In the user manual, you will find a list of compatible CD DVD manufacturers and supported.

  But please don't be confused about the unfamiliar names like IE Mitsubishi.
  Manufacturers and not sellers as TDK. Do not mix manufacturer and seller!

  I have problems getting my sbRIO 9606 to deploy.

  Everything's fine until during the deployment process, I get this:

  I tried to reinstall LV (ensuring that FPGA & RT deployment options are checked) and the 9606 software shipped, but it made no difference. I'm still waiting my next serial key by NOR, I have to wait that I recorded it before I can deploy?

  In time real 11 is installed according to the recommended software battery installation program included on the disc NEITHER RIO provided in the starter pack.

  The problem is that the recommended Software NI Scan Engine 3.0 installation program.

  The sbRIO 9606 does not support scanning engine.

  Once the scanning engine support has been uninstalled, I could deploy on my 9606.

• Authenticity of used / second-hand copy of Windows 7 Ultimate retail

  Greetings.  So, I wanted to buy a legitimate copy of Windows 7 Ultimate retail.  It seems that it is no longer available new, leaving me to buy a copy of used / pre-owned.  (Are BTW there other options?)

  I found a seller in private through the Amazon and looked as close as possible to the Internet. all the evidence strongly suggests that it is a reliable seller with an established reputation, a copy in good faith used the marketing software.  So I paid a reasonable price and received the product, including complete packaging that you would expect to find in a store, with all the certificates and product keys and hologrammed DVD and everything else looking as it should.

  This morning, I installed the Win7 and activated the installation with the key of product without any difficulty.  Then I found some verification page somewhere in "authentic" microsoft.com, I don't remember the URL exactly right now, but it downloads a few small .exe, whereupon the reports page entirely installation that it is authentic.

  Then I found the utility to produce the report "diagnosis." the content of this I'm going to paste below down.  The "292" in the product ID seems not to be a MSDN key, as I see it frequently reported here; can anyone confirm that these figures correspond to a retail copy bought in the United States through normal legitimate channels?

  I saw very many reports of MSDN product keys sold with retail packing counterfeit, but this doesn't seem to be what I have?

  Also, I've seen no reports of normal retail licenses copied or sold several times, so it does not seem likely to me?

  Anyone got any comments on that?  I am in the window where I could return this software for a refund, but I see no evidence that this copy is far from authentic and legitimate.

  Is it possible to call Microsoft and have them give no explanation as to how many times a certain license had been activated before?
