  Have you already bought it on the app store or from another source? If it was not purchased from the app store, then the app store has no way to recognize that you already own. You will have to pay to download on the app store.

  In addition, simply because you bought the 2013 version does NOT mean that you get the version from 2016 for free. Not all updates are free. 2013 to 2016 would be a major version upgrade. I wouldn't know that it's free.

  Depends on if it has been added to the same version of the album you bought, or whether a separate version, and therefore, a separate purchase. Only the track and this album, show in the purchased item (account > bought on the current iTunes menu option) for download?

  # Apple's music is not necessary. You can always buy music and videos on iTunes Store as before. Try going into Preferences > restriction and check Apple music.

  I was told that movies in the iTunes Store can be changed to include "iTunes Extras" if originally it did not come with extras. But there is a catch you get just the extras if you buy just the issue for the first time. If you have already purchased it, your version may not have the extras. This means that if you want the extras, buy the movie again.
