  Try to start safe mode and see if you can restore from there.  This was recommended to someone else with the same problem and same error message and it worked - so it can work for you (but no guarantees).

  When I went to another port for the USB, everything worked fine! Simple solution, that I should have tried first - duh! :-)

  My USB 3.0 4TB drive was originally on a port USB 3 (which was either missing or not recognized by my Bios) and when I changed my old disk ports USB 2, everything has worked well!

This old iPad, of course, was the Apple Care warranty.  I'm surprised to find that many people have this same problem and no announcement of a recall on these things.  I have the original iPad (first generation), and thank God it is still in working condition, used by another niece of 2 years.  And the irony is this 3rd generation, there are problems.  Y at - it hope that it can be corrected.  I paid top dollar for this piece of technology, I bought every model of iPad and iPhone, same macbook air/pro, macbook, there is.  And is the one who gave me the biggest problem, it seems a waste of money.   The first thing to do is to ensure that you have the latest version of iTunes on your computer. iTunes 12.3 is the latest version.

• Get the "Failure" error when you try to perform the V2V with Converter Standalone 5.5.3 conversion

  I'm trying to migrate virtual machines to an older VMWare environment, using a host of ESXi 5.5 (build 1331820), using the stand-alone utility to converter vcenter (version 5.5.3), to a new ESXi 5.5 U2 (build 2068190). The new environment has a server vCenter 5.5 on it and the new ESXi server 5.5U2 has been registered with it.

  Data store sizes are exactly the same on the old and new servers ESXi, just using without separate (the new environment is supposed to be a 100% clean restart for this environment).

  However, when I try to migrate a computer virtual (version 8) of the old environment to the new environment and convert it into hardware 10 version, I get an error of 'Failure' of the stand-alone converter.

  auggi, when I got back on my colleague's PC, I thought I would test to see if the feature didn't always before considering saving data dumps etc, and it worked fine!

  I left it overnight with instructions for the lady who uses the PC to test this morning and see if it's all workers, and it is still, it seems that the fix does not immediately solve the problem of browser, but there later - maybe after a second reboot or something... very strange!

  In all case, this matter can now be considered closed, so all that remains for me to say thank you very much for your help, you are amazing :)

I have since renounced solutions after trying several times to restore the phone, which leads only to no progression of the extraction of the software. All solutions?

  I understand that your iPhone is stuck at the start after trying to restore with recovery mode. I know it's important to have an iPhone that can run when you need it, so I'm happy to provide advice to help this issue.

  It is only a problem for the SiteAdvisor users who are still on 3.4. This problem is resolved in the latest version of SiteAdvisor, which is 3.4.1.195. Go to http://siteadvisor.com and click on download. This will fix the problem.

  Meanwhile, SiteAdvisor team will push down a JS update in the coming days 1-2 to automatically resolve this problem in version 3.4.

  (a) disconnect the printer

  (b) uninstall the software and drivers on the computer

  (c) plug the printer back

  (d) allow the Hardware Wizard search for drivers

  e) if it does not, it asks you to install the source for the drivers, the installation driver CD and install the drivers and see if that helps.
