iTunes Store password
I sold an iPhone 4S that I used for a year. She asked my iTunes password when it tries to download or update their apps from the App Store, even though its accounts are signed and mine are disconnected.

You wipe the phone before selling it? If it still has one of your applications on it then they will be linked to your account and only your account can download updates for them - he will have to remove the apps and buy/download them for its own account

Applications (and anything else downloaded from the store) are linked to the account that has downloaded, so your old account can only download updates of its applications - if you want linked to your new account, you will need to remove these applications from your phone and buy/download on your new account

I have problem, first I can not connect to itunes store, can I remove the permission on this computer. But when I try to authorize dungeons failed and message "canned"accessing itunes store"loop. And after only 10 minutes I put warn something as "blah blah blah network connection has been lost. I have good connection and have no problem with any internet connection. There for 2 months I have a problem, I tried all of the solutions I found, but still I can't connect to itunes store.

"dialog placeholder" message in iTunes Store
When I try to log in my account on iTunes store, I get a message stating "dialogue space" reserved screen There is no where to enter my username and password. When I hit the button submit at the bottom of the screen, it says I have to enter my ID and password, but there is no way to do it. Therefore, I cannot login my account to buy and download material. Any ideas as to how I could restore the ability to login successfully? I tried to change my password and re - install iTunes which has not managed to solve the problem.

My iphone says "cannot connect to itunes store.
I was not able to connect to the itunes store, went to google, found process starting with the signing of iTunes, then re-signing in. Did it, but without a signature success! Password is correct, but get messgae "check failed: there was an error connecting to the Apple Server ID."

Do a forced reboot - after all open applications using the app Chooser - invoked by fast double pressing the home button and drag upwards on each app until it disappears from the screen.

I changed my Apple ID online because the email was no longer valid. However, my ID Apple has not changed on my iPad. Now, I can not sign into the iTunes store on my iPad. How can I change the Apple ID on my iPad?

Why should I connect to iTunes Store so frequently?
My iPhone running iOS 9.3.1 and before 9.3 frequently and apparently random applications that I have 'connect to iTunes Store.
This warning window appears in various applications and sometimes, I get a notification on the lock screen.
How will I know that all of these alerts are legitimate? In other words, what to do if one of the applications appear just this request from time to time to enter my credentials of the AppleID?
Even if they are all legitimate, why? Appears when I'm not buy more apps or music, I'm just using the applications I already bought, or the phone is just sitting there doing nothing - why must he to re-authenticate with iTunes Store?
This seems to be a model that is horrible to train people to type a password that is important in response to false random applications.
It could be downloading updates. Check your settings in iTunes/App Store and see if you remember free items/upgrades to date.

I get intrusive pop-up messages on my iPhone to connect to the iTunes store. How to disable, or completely remove the app store iTunes from my phone?
You cannot remove iTunes Store from the phone, it's a native iOS. You should not be asked to connect to the store unless you try to make a purchase. You can go to settings > general > Restrictions and restrictions put in place for the iTunes Store. That could very well stop the prompt. At least, you can try that. When you set up Restrictions, make sure that you write the access code, because there is no way to recover/reset this password without wiping your iPhone completely.

I returned my iPhone5 to factory default and gave it to my grand daughter as a Christmas gift.
- She wants to download games etc but the itunes store guard asking my ID and PW.
- How can she save herself?
- I received and Apple to say that someone had tried to reset my password by e-mail.
- It is probably her mother because she also asked me to tell him my PW and ID.
- I currently use my PW and ID on my new 1Phone6 and do not want to share this.

She needs to log out of your Apple ID in the store and just connect with hers. Go to settings, iTunes and App Store and tap on the Apple ID, then select Disconnect.

CBS All Access - will not connect to iTunes Store
OK-try to make the free trial but everytime I try to enter the password, it just says: "cannot connect to iTunes Store.
Interestingly, all shows active account... I even received an email from a confirmation e-mail? If you look at the settings of all access to CBS - it shows that I am connected? I can access the store and rent movies, watch Netflix and Hulu, so I know I have a good connection.
I tried to restart the tv - he's twice with no luck...
Any help would be appreciated! Happy holidays!

I'm trying to submit my podcast in iTunes.
It redirects me to Podcasts Connect where, as soon as I log in, I get a page that says:
"Podcasts Connect requires an iTunes Store account."
I connect to iTunes and I am required to examine my info to set up a store account, but on the review payment information page it won't let me evolve, see image attached.

The response has been to call Apple support, the pretty support rep was able to solve the problem quickly.
