Ik heb een student plots subscription en pays voor alle applicaties maar na 1 month heb ik geen access tot meer omdat mijn proefabonnement precisi produce Illustrator is; Indian ik via mijn account "illustrator" wil downloaden lukt mij said nyet. Hoe kan said clean ik worden?

I have paid a month for my illustrator program and now have full access to creative cloud through my work. I want to cancel my automatic payment for monthly Illustrator and switch to my work account in order to access and use all programs free of charge.
Under my account however, option management it not any programs listed, so I'm not sure of where to change, to change these settings. If I could get on the phone with a representative, who would be the most useful!

I want to buy Creative cloud (£8,57 per month for a year) but you want to know if this is considered a monthly subscription that can be cancelled at any time or if it is classified as an annual plan and cannot be removed in the first month otherwise there is a charge? It is paid monthly, but over a year so I'm a bit confused!

If you get an annual subscription which is paid monthly, and then you want to cancel it after that first month is spent, then you are subject to a cost of penalty of half the remaining subscription time... so if you cancel after 4 months you pay a fine of the equivalent of half of the 8 remaining fees month.

Hi all, I'm quite new here and I really need help!
I have purchase a plan from month to month for Adobe Illustrator and it does not at all! Creative cloud does not recognize my subscription even after receiving an email of confirmation of purchase from them. I'm really angry that there is not anyway to email Adobe or call them (I'm in Singapore).
I check my account on the website and it says that I can't look at my plans/subscription now for maintenance.
Which means that anything that I can do, even if I want to terminate the program now. It is a very overwhelming experience T.T

There is no option to buy the latest versions of the software. Creative cloud is only available as an ongoing subscription.
However, you can always buy CS6 software if you wish.

I went to loop around and try to cancel my subscription, unable to talk to someone on a chat room, because the option 'aid' brings me to this page of the forum. When I tried to buy a subscription there people available immediately and push me to purchase a plan.
I have to cancel my subscription because I'm not using the software and the account that you are currently money debitting of is about to be closed. I find it interesting that you don't have an Adobe General help Forum, so I hope that my message isn't getting lost in a community of designers.

It looks like that your subscription is associated with an Adobe ID different than that you connect to.
Please sign out and then sign in with the same Adobe ID you used to sign up for the subscription. When you do this, you will see the chat/phone support option and can get help with your subscription.

Cancellation of the subscription in the 1st month of renewal
My annual student subscription auto-renouvelé (with no notification by email before or after).
I want to cancel the new subscription, but the online chat function"does not now" and the phone number not UK based it seems.
Don't want to get into the long back and forth with Adobe to get the first slice on the back of renewal.
How can I communicate with them, be assured that it is cancelled with immediate effect and the money is repaid.
