Cancellation of the subscription in the 1st month of renewal

My annual student subscription auto-renouvelé (with no notification by email before or after).

I want to cancel the new subscription, but the online chat function"does not now" and the phone number not UK based it seems.

Don't want to get into the long back and forth with Adobe to get the first slice on the back of renewal.

How can I communicate with them, be assured that it is cancelled with immediate effect and the money is repaid.

    Sorry for the confusion caused.

    The system calculates automatically the cancellation after 14 days according to the standard subscription terms.

    However, with the Stock promotion cancellation fees will be not processed if cancellation is made within the first month.

    If you get an annual subscription which is paid monthly, and then you want to cancel it after that first month is spent, then you are subject to a cost of penalty of half the remaining subscription time... so if you cancel after 4 months you pay a fine of the equivalent of half of the 8 remaining fees month.

    You will not charge fees that you have set aside in the first month.

    The computational cost was based on the withdrawal of 14 regular day period, but the Adobe Stock promo allows you to cancel within the first month with no penalty.

    You have signed up for the 10 images a month plan August 9 and were awarded 10 credits image.  The first month is free.

    When you used these 10 credits, additional images are charged at a special rate of $2.99 per image.

    If you continue the subscription after the trial period you will be awarded 10 images, the next date of renewal to September 9.

I stay in Singapore and have officially requested cancellation of my subscription on 26 Jan. I had the monthly subscription again Jan. 29. I wrote AGAIN today to see my credit card bill and told me it was a technical problem and would be cancelled my subscription and I will be refunded, but having lived to get official confirmation on my cancellation AND always current load, who am I to believe I will not be charged again? I also have no confidence in Adobe products more and think twice before signing up for any services paid Adobe again.     You are charged and the subscription when you subscribe just like any other day. After you sign up and you pay, your first month is repaid. You always get 10 credits. Be sure to cancel before the next billing period if you decide to not continue.
