  I recently bought a laptop Toshiba in Saudi Arabia. It came pre-installed with an Arabic version of windows 7.

  I managed to change most of the language options to English, in Control Panel, but the windows kernel is always Arabic, I see this with the welcome message in the beginning and some install/uninstall and error messages.

  After contacting Microsoft technical support, they said I should contact the manufacturer (Toshiba) and ask for a new OS in English.

  As far as I know, you have two options:
  1/try installation disc of the original recovery on https://backupmedia.toshiba.eu/landing.aspx order
  2 / you need to install the clean version of the OS by using the original installation disc from Microsoft

  If you are using option 2, you must purchase Microsoft disk and pay a license valid for that. All the necessary drivers, tools and utilities that you can download at Toshiba download page http://www.toshibamea.com/en/Download-Files

  Unfortunately, it doesn't have much to do. The language of the OS cannot be converted!
  If you want to use the Windows in English, you will need to buy the original CD of Microsoft Windows with an English version of Win MCE.

  Then, you need to install this operating system and drivers needed for the Toshiba driver page.
  Pilots can be chosen in different languages.

  Yes, you must install Office XP first.

  Follow the steps to install the Japanese language pack.

  a. first of all uninstall any Japanese language installed in the Panel.

  b. restart the computer.

  c. then try to install the Office XP Tool: Global IME (Japanese) using the link below:

  d. then try to install the Japanese language pack.

  Go buy a COMMERCIAL of the Spanish version of Windows 7 Home Premium version and do a CLEAN INSTALLATION.
  Note: you will lose all files and install programs when you clean it. Thus, you should save that you want to keep before hand.

  If you google it there ' has a site that has a program that installs windows MUI packs to your Home premium but the bad thing is that you can not update your windows unless you cancel the initial language, install the update and then reinstall the language pack. =)

  Language packs are available to change the display language, but language packs are available only for Window 7 Ultimate and Enterprise versions.

  1. Make sure that you are logged on as an administrator.
  2. Temporarily disable any antivirus software.
  3. Download Acrobat Standard from this page: download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X.
