  You have all updates installed cs6? CS6 is very buggy without them. You should be in perpetual perpetual Windows, 13.0.6 Mac 13.0.1.3 or 13.1.2 version subscription CS6.  If you are trying to reset you tools of Photoshop.   Try this:
  Click Start , then run... and type cmd and press enter.
  Now, type enable RpcSs SYSTEM_AUTO_START and press enter.

  Restart your PC and see if you can run sfc.

  If not then try a chkdsk which is what helped me with the same question :)

  Note: BIOS change / semiconductor (CMOS) to complementary metal oxide settings can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the configuration of the BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Changes to settings are at your own risk.

  In order to make changes in the BIOS, I suggest you to contact the manufacturer of the computer.

  Method 1:

  Unplug all external devices connected to the computer with the exception of the keyboard and mouse and check if the problem persists.

  If the problem persists try the Startup Repair. It is one of the recovery tools in the System Recovery Options menu. This set of tools is on your computer's hard disk and on the Windows installation disc. To learn more about Startup Repair , you can refer to the below mentioned article:

  Method 3:

  Note: when you perform the system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

  For anyone else stumbling on this issue, please try opening the same document in your browser's private browsing mode.

  I have an exit Java user from running on a track file that was pumped to the GoldenGate instance in question.  The excerpt starts without any problems, but it gives the following error after I have updated a record that has a type of RAW data as primary key:

  includeupdatebefores (lowercase) does not work;  You must use uppercase INCLUDEUPDATEBEFORES!
