    Hello

    Try the following.

From the desktop, hold down the Windows key and press R.  In the run window, type services.msc and press to enter.  Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.

Restart the computer and you should find that the document has been deleted.

    Hello

the error message "Cannot run because it is not the lot of type queue instance xyz" occurs because the queue instance is not configured to accept treatment by lots. You can check this by running qconf - mq queuename and the discovery of the property 'qtype. In the case of your queues, it can have INTERACTIVE defined. You can change this to "BATCH INTERACTIVE' to accept both types of jobs.

    Hope this helps,

    Michael

  • HP 8500 of print jobs stuck in the queue, diagnostic control OK

HP 8500 A909g connected by USB cable to the Windows 7 desktop. Everything was going well until Verizon gave me a new DSL modem/router after which all print jobs are stuck in the print queue. Printing/scanning doctor told me "printer not connected to the homegroup. Nothing I've tried fixed. Downloaded the recent HP patch for network HP printers in Win7. Complete with a mistake any but installed at the next computer startup and scanning and printing has worked very well. Since then, the print jobs again get hit in the print queue and scanner does not work. Has made clear the queue, stop/start the spooler and the computer restarted. Still no printing or scanning. Print/ASNA doctor says everything is OK. Upgrades of the pilot research suggests that I already have the best driver. Printer is checked OK in the control/material Panel, is checked by default, port is OK etc etc. Before uninstall/reinstall the printer with no guarantee that will solve this problem, can someone tell me what could be wrong and how to fix it? Please help as this is really frustrating. Thanks in advance.

    Hi abuonag,

We need clean completely the previous attempts of software to get a good setup for this printer.

Follow the steps below and let me know what happens?

    First step: clear temp directory

    1. Type %temp% term or search programs and files of field
    2. Select all the files in this folder, and then press the delete key to remove. If you receive a message that the file is in use, you will need to ignore this file (s).
    3. Proceed to step 2 below

Second step: downloaded and extracted to your system:

1 download the drivers and full software features

    http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=MP-88604-2&cc=us&DLC=en&LC=en&OS=4063&product=3752459&sw_langis.

    2. once the download is complete, double-click the file to extract the software.

    3. when the installation window opens, press the Cancel button to stop the installation

    4. tap folder in the race or search programs and files of field

    5. Locate and open the folder starting with 7z (example: 7zS2356)

    6. right click on the folder and select copy

    7. close this window and all open windows, and then in the Middle the desktop right click your mouse and select Paste. This will move the 7z folder on your desktop.

8 open the 7z, that you just copied on your desktop

    9 open the Util folder

    10 open the CCC folder

    11. start the L4uninstall.exe

    12. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer

    13. run disk cleanup from the tools Accessories\ system under all programs folder

    14. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player

    http://www.Adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html

15 open the 7z folder and then double-click the Setup.exe file that will be towards the bottom of the open window. Follow the instructions on the screen to reinstall your printer.

Let me know if you are able to successfully install the software and driver and are able to print & scan?

  • jobs stuck in the queue.

I have a HP officejet pro 8500 a909g wireless and everytime I try to print a map from google maps the print job is stuck in the queue.  I don't have this problem on another site.  Is this a problem with my printer, or on the web site of google?

    Hi fancydog,

If you are able to print from firefox then the problem is with IE. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not solve the problem. You must contact Microsoft about the issue with Internet Explorer or continue to use Firefox when you need to print something on the web. Have a wonderful day

  • OfficeJet 4500 510n - print jobs stuck in the queue when using wireless

    Hello

I bought just a new Officejet 4500 510n yesterday and I have a Dell with Windows 7 64 bit laptop that I connect to the USB or wireless. The reason for this is that sometimes, the laptop is not right next to the printer and we need to print things (for example, my wife works upstairs sometimes with the laptop and the printer is downstairs in the living room). I was able to get the configuration of the printer on both the wireless and USB without any major problems and it prints fine when I print via USB. However, when I print wireless, the print job appears in the queue and shows that it is printing, but he never curls work all the way. The work gets "stuck" while waiting in line, for example, it gets stuck at 772 bytes of 940 bytes

I downloaded the HP Print Diagnostic here tool and ran it and and it passed all the tests first time. However, when I goto the last test, which is to print the test page, it sends the print job to the queue and then everything gets stuck as indicated above. I was able to cancel the job and it comes off very well, but restarting the work does not work, it just get stuck again. Meanwhile, I don't get ANY error messages at all.

Here's what I've done regarding troubleshooting:

    -Ping the printer - spent

-Restart the service print spooler - no change to the problem

-Check that the printer is set as deafult - spent

-Update of HP Ran to ensure there is no missing updates - found 2 updates and install them

None of the above has solved the problem, so I'mm this ad here in the hope that someone may have had this problem before and fixed it.

    Thank you!

    Thanks for the reply.

It turns out that I could solve it myself. I went to add the printer wireless on another laptop, I have here on my home network and it printed a page of test very well, so I thought it must have been a bad installation on the main laptop.  I removed everything and reinstalled as a wireless printer, and it worked perfectly. Amazing what can make a bad installation.

  • Print jobs stuck in Québec

Laser 1200 connected via an ethernet print server

Mac os 10.4.11 on a g4 power pc.

Just upgraded to 10.3.9 and now all the jobs get stuck in Quebec - that is, to start and then switch to the "job stopped" it worked before and it still works for my colleague running 10.5.  I deleted the list of printers, repaired permissions and reloaded the driver.  The machine knows it's there as a printer "Hello".

Yes, 10.5 minimum RAM is 512 MB.  I think that really it is superior to 10.4 in many ways.  Have you checked www.macsales.com for RAM upgrades?

Then, stick to 10.4 for now, let's try the Combo update for 10.4.11.  This ensures that all 10.4.0 to 10.4.11 updates are complete and intact:

    http://support.Apple.com/kb/DL170

    Finally, repair disk permissions:

-Open the Finder > Applications > utilities > disk utility.  Open it.

-Click on your drive hard on the left (probably Macintosh HD), then on "Repair disk permissions" on the bottom.

-Let him finish, and then restart your Mac.

    Finally, restore the system again.

  • Print job stuck in the queue?

    Hello

I do a quick document showing you how to clear the print queue, if you ever have a paper stuck in the "printing" mode and does never print or finish the job.

A print spooler is software that temporarily stores the disk printing hard or in memory until the printer is ready to print. If you were expecting an abnormally long time to print a document, or if you see an error message about the print spooler, Spooler subsystem or spooler resources, you might need to change and then restart the print spooler service on your computer.

To do this, we recommend that you save your work and restart the computer to restart the print spooler service. If you do not want to restart the computer, try these steps instead

  • Keeps print job stuck in the queue and is not over

Mavericks OSX 10.9.2 running.  Whenever I have print the print job gets just stuck in the queue.  I already removed restart printer, uninstalled existing SW and downloaded and installed the current drivers and (v12.34.37) and always without success.

Now my son also reports the same problem on his Macbook (I think it also unfolds 10.9.2.)

Someone knows how to fix this?

    Hello MrRob,

Sorry, you have problems with the printer queues.  I have a couple of things to do which should solve this problem quickly.

The first is to reset the printing system.  This puts the system of Mac OS x to a default known good state.  This is a doc from Apple on how to do it.  http://support.apple.com/kb/PH14141.

The second thing to do is to check/repair disk permissions.  I do this on a monthly basis and after each update.  Anytime something weird is happening, as a feature that allows to work is not, or the options are no longer available, etc..  I repaired disk permissions.  This is done via disk utility in the Applications/Utilities on your Mac folder.

After doing both of those, restart your Mac and power cycle the printer, readd the printer to printers and Scanners and try again.

  • delete the print job stuck in windows 8

How.  His was the removal of the days.  I rebooted several times. No help.

I found that if I went to the system configuration, then Tools administration, then services then the printer spooler, then I stop and then restart the spooler, so he then allowed the stuck print job and I was able to print.  I just had to take the long way to get there.  I have Windows 8.1 on my laptop.

    I hope this helps.
