• First Pro CS 6 and Windows 10 - projects do not play in the timeline

  I bit the bullet and upgraded to Windows 7 Professional, Windows 10.  I had heard people say that first Pro CS 6 worked in Windows 10, so I was anxious to make the upgrade, but I was sure that it works ok.

  Boy, I was wrong!

  I can open previously created first Pro CS6 projects, and everything looks good on the timeline.  But the project will not play!  The "play" button on the changes in preview to the "Stop" button, but the current-time indicator does not move forward and the video does not play.  I can rub very well through the timeline.  If I press the "Stop" button, it won't come back on the 'Play' button, as it should.

  I tried to create a new project, import a video file and try to play it, but the same thing happens... it won't play.

  Any ideas?

  Thanks for your quick response. I solved the problem, just before that I received

  I realized that I had no sound at all... no windows sounds, nothing. My Realtek

  High Definition Audio sound card on my motherboard did not work. He has been

  selected as default in Windows playback device, but not sounds were

  to come. I selected another audio device and then switched back to

  the Realtek device and I had sound. Just for fun, I opened a project

  First, and he's now come back normally.

  Now, if only I could get all the 5.1 speakers, it would be

  large. It seems that I currently have audio '3.1' now! Realtek web page is

  not very useful to provide drivers. The configuration program for the

  sound card think it has side speakers, but they make no noise!

  I downloaded the last first Pro CC (2014), without knowing that my OS 10.7.5 is not able to run it. I would like to get the previous first Pro CC version, because it worked perfectly on my old OS version. I see in any way on the CC interface to "go back" and get the dos software that actually worked on my Mac. I can't upgrade my OS above on the Mac for 7 years, so I'm stuck. Does anybody know how re - load older versions of Premiere Pro?

• First Pro CC error and crashed

  Hi all

  I'm in the middle of a project and on a tight schedule. I first Pro CC and tried to telephone for help. However, at the end of 90 minutes on hold, I gave up and thought I'd try here.

  So I have a project that was loading very well yesterday. I stopped the night last of PP and all was good. Today, I tried to open the project and he gave me an error message saying;

  Hello!  I later worked on the first version of pro (cc2015, kid with hood you red) but my partners have not updated yet (they Problehave 2015 earlier, one of the Climber)... They push me to try turning my equipment of cloud creative to get bak to the previous version but... I don't understand.   I need you guys, any idea in order to work with them, otherwise I have to move mac my every time. I also tried EDL, but it seems not working while I'm editing with multi cams so the EDL is a great lack of clips on the timeline... Any help will be really be appreciate it. Thank you.

  As far as I know, the body doesn't have a function to save a project file, so it will be opened by an earlier version of the program

  You can export your project as an XML file, but not all the features of the project are included

  Or you can install the previous body to match what they use

  Material: 1st generation Macbook Pro Intel Core Duo 2.0Ghz processor, ram 2 g (max), 500 GB hybrid SSD/7200 HDD. Mac OS leaopard 6.6

  I recently bought the master collection which includes first and effects CS5.5. Before selling that adobe has informed me that all THE macbook pro will run all these products (by a customer Advisor adobe)

  I can't load because (as I've now learned) that the core duo processor only supports 32-bit - I phoned technical support, several times since July 15 and has been repeatedly said that all THE macbook pro can run, it was just to change my operating system to 64-bit. Apple is clearly that this is not the case.

  Finally I quoted me a level 2 Advisor, who asked me what type of processor and finally said it's clear that I need older versions to run on this and I would be contacted by email to provide an earlier 32-bit of these 2 programs (as is provided to the users of 32-bit windows). That was 2 weeks ago and I have had no response, I called several times and some advisers trying to start the whole process again and insisting on the fact that I should be able to install these.

  Today a counselor told me that they checked the notes and the level 2 advised Advisor I 'need to upgrade my hardware' (that is to say buy a new mac!)

  Nobody's going to give me the phone numbers of an advisor to level 2 to discuss or complain. Or an email address.

  When I try to start the Media Encoder CC (2015) program freezes then it returns the error "the application could not initialize properly (0xc000001d). Click OK to close the application. ». The same thing happens with Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Problems with playback paused, first Pro CC 2015 and SpeedGrade CC 2015

  Hey, I encountered recently some problems running first on my Mac. I have recently updated to version beta of OS X El Capitan, but I think I used first since then without any problems. Recently, whenever the video is paused, the image becomes discolored and strongly pixelated and rasterized. When I play the video, it is fluid and everything seems normal, but as soon as he suspended, it goes back to the discolored photo. Thinking it was just a glitch that would not appear anywhere else, I went to edit together a project runs, but when I linked to the wire to 2015 CC SpeedGrade, the image is the same picture faded from first, and, as before, it only shows when stopped. • Just updated from first Pro CC 2014 and 2015 and playback has stopped working.

  Here are the system specifications. I just started to 2014, and it has been crashing more I'd like to, but it worked at least.

  

  Under Preferences > hardware Audio change the default input / output to built-in input / output and see if it works.
