  I'm running Vista on my HP desktop computer, with windows live mail, I get an email (from 2 different people now) that is not junk, but it's where to find the email in the junk e-mail folder. I click on the email and click then on, not junk, then read the email. Next time I get an email from these 2 people, the email goes the Junk folder again. But even if I click not junk again, the content of the e-mail is now disappeared. The Message says, "content of the email is not found.

• How to stop an e-mail address to unwanted

  I have an e-mail address that is in a filter and the filter is supposed to work upstream of the junk e-mail filter. However, every single email from this email address goes into the spam folder.

  How can I get Thunderbird to:
  1. respect the filter that is supposed to work upstream of the junk e-mail filter?
  2. stop to the e-mail address in the Span file. I wrote email to this email address SEVERAL times NOT junk and has no effect.

  In the account settings > junk settings for the e-mail account:

  What color are the messages? Spam in Mail filter will color Brown messages when they are sent to the Junk mailbox. It can be your supplier by marking them as spam.

  Open Mail preferences and the Junk tab. Do you have contacts exempt from spam filtering? Uncheck trust junk mail headers.

  If all of your settings are correct, hit the reset button to reset the junk mail filtering.

  Use a message rule.

  Tools | Message rules | Mail | New.

  Box 1 - Where the From line contains people {check it out}

  Box 2 - move to the folder and stop processing more rules.

  Box 3 - Click on the blue people contains the words and add them to the rule. Click on the specific folder and select the one that you created.

  You can probably get most of the addresses directly from the address book and add them quickly.

  In general:

  Have all the rules that first remove the server.

  Rules that divert mail to files then.

  All others last.

  Make sure that each rule has also stop processing more rules verified, unless this option is grayed out.

It made me loose the simple e-mail address I had recorded for the printer and now I can't get that because it is shown that the outlet. (it is taken by me earlier).   My apologies if this is an easy question, but I'm new to Eloqua, and I can't understand it, then I hope one of you, kind people can point me in the right direction.

  Basically, I want to have a form on a hypersite were to enter their e-mail address of the user and then click on submit. On submit they are redirected to an another hypersite that displays a form containing some of their contact record fields, if they are existing users I want the fields to be pre filled with contact information, and clearly if they exist not in the system will be the only area that will fill the email address.

  My problem is that I'm not sure how to get the fields to pre-populate in the second form, I know that you can set to pre-populate in the form builder, but im assuming that when you load the form he needs to know what you save are searching fields be filled with If it exists. All this will be done within Eloqua itself, i.e. Forms and the hypersites.

  So just I want to load coordinates into the fields of the form to the e-mail address that was selected on the previous form.

  any ideas on how to do this?

  This can be done

  (1) on page hypersite - when you insert the form you must click on "map of form fields. This will take care of your form fields hypersite element.

  (There are two types of prepop, one if a person comes to an email and another, if a person comes to a hypsersite page, that it will convert the right type)

  (2) the first form, they argue with their email, change step of final processing of the page of confirmation - "create hypersite and redirect to PURL. This can be done by going to the processing step and click on the small arrow next to the stage of confirmation page and choose the right one. Configure step to send them to the page you created with the form.

  I hope that's enough sense to help you get started.

  I read the instructions under Mozilla based on Firebird training and set up a junk folder - DONE!
  But, while some junk goes in the folder junk e-mail, others remain in my Inbox marked as junk. Why? Is it in line, and some action is expected of me - or a flaw in the process?

  I don't have a real answer for you. But BT using Yahoo mail and my recent comments is Yahoo IMAP is in a world of its own when it comes to spam and marking mail as such. It moves e-mail and from the unwanted spam/e-mail folder with its own rules and that Thunderbird be damned. Oh one there is no way to turn their junk filtering.
