I opened my movie clips and stop(); added to the first frame. and I did the gotoAndPlay leave the Framework 2. I did this right?   I solved the problem.  It was just a matter of push lines down and creating a larger space of work for each row of the audio.  Never had this problem at the time of AVID or FCP.  I appreciate your help!

• Just installed - not recording

  I just installed AA to Windows 7 (64-bit) and I'm not save. I'm in multitrack mode, chose my card in the hardware section, having the army track, pushed the Red record button but no result. What I am doing wrong? I'm not a beginner to AA, but have not registered for 7 or 8 months and I'm lost.   Have you selected an appropriate entry in the track that you trying to save? It is not just a matter of setting up the card in the selection of HW - you must select an entry in the device in the track itself before recording is possible.

  As Tesla has pointed out, the best way to do is to replace the 1 TB with the largest SSD HARD drive, and then let the mSATA SSD as boot drive. All the drivers and the operating system will remain unmodified on the SSD and you would just transfer your data from the HARD disk of 1 TB for the new SSD.

  In previous versions of iOS, during playback of an e-mail message, I could tap the icon of the folder at the bottom of the messages, and which would lead to the top of the hierarchy of the folders for the email of the message account.   Please do not post several times. It may take at least a few weeks for a podcast to be evaluated after is submitted; You should have an email notification when you submit, but it's not unknown for them to go astray. Try to submit it again - you will probably find that told you that it's already been presented, which is a confirmation that it is under review and if it is just a matter of waiting.

• New computer, would like my music on it

  You just bought a new Macbook Pro (2016).  iTunes has been able to sync some of my music through my Apple ID, however I have a ton of songs and playlists which does not on my new computer.

  When I try to sync my iTunes on my new computer with my phone on, it says: "are you sure you want to delete songs on your iPhone and sync with the computer"... as in, it will remove the songs very I'm trying to get.

  It seems that this day in age, with several Apple devices that would be just the things work.  I thought maybe it was just a matter for songs not purchased through iTunes, but a bunch of songs that I can't pass was actually purchased from iTunes on my phone...   Then someone gave me a new iPhone from my provider to replace my current one and I think that I will most likely accept the offer. In this respect do I just need to backup my iphone on iTunes and then when I boot the new iphone for the first time select the option "restore iphone" in order to ensure the same things that I have on my current iphone will appear on my new? Assuming this is correct is iTunes also backup apps?

  In regards to my sim card, I guess it's just my phone contacts (names and numbers, etc.) which are stored on where are these details stored on my phone, in which case this detail would be on the sim card? Once again it is just a matter of swapping the sim card from one phone to another?

  Finally if I want then to trade, sell or pass on my current iphone how to do that safely? A factory Reset deletes all current data completely from him and if so how should I actually go do a factory reset?

• 6 iPhone no longer lights

  Bought this Iphone 6 16 GB around February 2015. Worked perfectly all year with no problems at all. Has taken great care of it and is always perfectly as if I had just bought it. Just today, when I woke up from my sleep, the phone was working fine and was about 64% battery. However, all of a sudden it just completely shut off not the case. I tried everything I could to start up with the hard reset and plug it into the charger to charge, but the Apple sign will not come back on and the phone will charge even more. Certainly through technical problems with the software or the hardware. I have currently guaranteed more since it's been past a year as I got it and was scheduled for an appointment at the Genius bar, which I'm sure a lot of people had to go through this as well. I had already paid for this phone and don't think I should pay another fee just because something happens with Apple manufacturing issue. It's horrible, I used iphones and ipods from the first generation and the first time my phone turns off completely on me. As this is fairly new and should prove more effective than in the past.

  I have the retina iMac 5K, 27 inches, end of 2015.  I have run all the updates of El Capitan and am always current.  I was using Safari years without major problems or concerns.  Recently, I had a "glitch" with two experience various websites who advised me that if I would use a Chrome browser, the problems would be clear.  One of these sites is important to me and I use it every day.  The problem I have is annoying but not a deal breaker.  The other site is insignificant, but when I came across this question, it motivated me to post these questions that have been simmering for some time.

  I have two questions.  First of all, can I install Chrome and then open and use Safari and Chrome without the risk of conflict or other technical problems?  (I am NOT a knowledgeable technician).

  Second, there are significant benefits to Chrome on Safari? I use Google as my search engine.  I heard from several people that once they switched to Chrome, they stopped using Safari.

• Mac Pro 2013 randomly restart problem

  Here's my problem: I have a Mac Pro end of 2013 (6 cores, 16 GB ram, over-pants D500, running OS X 10.10.5 with a WACOM Cintiq 21 - UX as my view only) who has, for the last month or so been randomly restart itself.

  There are some days where it might be three or four times and then days where it won't do it at all. Also there are moments where it works well for hours, but then if I turned off the Mac Pro, it will crash and restart. Sometimes it will freeze momentarily application-wise (but the cursor moves but does nothing) before it restarts but usually just the screen goes black and then it restarts without any warning. I still get the black screen with the «your computer has restarted...» Press any key' and of course, it generates a crash report that I submit to Apple every time (that I'll post more recent one below as well.) I did start secure upward, reset the PRAM, booted single-user, just that I found online to do which is recommended. But nothing seems to have done something to help.

  The Cintiq is connected through a DVI adapter to Thunderbolt. I also have Mercury Elite Dual Pro Rack hung RAID normally via Thunderbolt. There are times when I think that there is a problem with the RAID box and the Mac Pro but not sure. As there is a problem with the Thundebolt ports. I tried to pass the cables autour, but it has not seemed to have made all the difference. This also has all seems to have coincided with the last update of OS X where I've also updated the driver for WACOM Cintiq (I since past to the old driver). Is this all just a matter of software conflict?

  I found an Apple Support thread where someone has indicated that a Kernel Panic may cause this, but then it also seems similar to what I've found, that was the issue with the Macbook Pro, which had problems with graphics a bit backward.
