Just downloaded Thunderbid (3.20.15). Help says put email signature in tools-> account settings. There is no account settings option in the tools. Where can I get
WTF? Where are the settings?
All help articles are based on the use of the Bar Menu and not the new button AppMenu.
Press the alt or F10 key to display the menu bar and use the tools there. Some programmer thought it would be cute to make a difference under the AppMenu button.

Were there any changes (hardware or software) to the computer before the show?
Method 1: make sure the Windows Audio and generator endpoint Windows Audio service is started and is running.
a: type services.msc in the start search box and click on enter.
b: now search for services called Windows Audio and generator of Point of Windows Audio endpoint.
c: double-click services, and Start the service and make sure that it is set automatic.
Method 2: perform the steps from the link below and see if it helps.
