  Most of the time that what happens when people change their email address main apple id without first signing in iCloud on their phone - the phone remains signed with the old e-mail address.   Vk2mh looks that the download was not complete or corrupt.  When you download the update from?  Have you tried to download it again?

When I scanned a page of letter United States using Documents with text preset (through the control panel of the printer or my mac using Hp scanning application) it comes out only in black and white. The only color work is if I use the 'General purpose' preset, but the resulting dimensions of the scan above the 8.5 x 11 format.

  From your description, it seems that you need to change your scan tasks. You can change the scan tasks by following the steps below.

  • HP utility open from the dock.

• I am running LR5. I would like to install LR6 and keep permanently LR5 as a unit separately.

  I would like to start over with LR6 and keep LR5 to store my existing images. The new work will be LR6.

  I can do this or LR6 will try to update my LR5. I wan't to do as my catalog in 5 became very disorganized because of me not understanding how to set up when I started with LR4. I want to start over.

  You can keep installed for a bit longer than that and keep a backup copy of your catalogue LR5 when uninstall you it. If you need help let know us.
