  The descriptions I see say that USB-6221 is a legacy device.  That probably means support for it in future versions of DAQmx were dropped.

And well, turns out I have a v4.1 and that their driver is working like a charm. They also provide WLAN monitoring software that allows some additional adjustments. My suggestion: Cisco should outsource their service driver development, too.

  Please see the compatibility on each module table because not all will be compatible with PS CC 2014 and therefore do not list in the extensions under this version of PS Manager.

  Maybe you should just remove the drive from Device Manager and reboot the laptop. Select the drive in the Device Manager, right-click on it and choose uninstall. Then, restart the laptop.
