keeps telling me google.ca is a unreliable website and tried all options to try to solve this problem what I have to do troubleshooting

When I try to go to google.ca keep get a notification saying "this connection is not approved" I do not understand why? I use google.ca every day without any problem and now this has happened for 2 weeks. I use google in Internet Explorer, but not Firefox. I tried the ideas here in case of problems, but nothing seems to work. I uninstalled and deleted all folders for Firefox and reinstalled and still the same problem. Can someone help me please? Thanks in advance!

Fiddler is a proxy used by web developers to intercept and log web site requests and responses.

Assuming that you are not a web developer and are not knowingly run Fiddler, you may have installed other software that's decrypt your secure connections.

In a previous thread, it was associated with a program named BrowserSafeguard that suddenly appeared on the user's PC and set to start automatically with Windows: why Firefox doesn't let me go to Google when it is in the toolbar anyway?

You can check this in your control panel, uninstall a program. By clicking on the header for column installation date should help find the latest items, but also help unravel how unexpected software got installed (usually part of a set with something else you wanted to actually).

In the previous thread, the user posted a screen of the Microsoft Autoruns utility. In this capture (see attachment here) the screen icon program looks like a spider web, where this helps to identify it.

Can track you?

I also recommend cleaning your system with many of the tools listed in this article, in case it is part of a wider infection: Troubleshooting Firefox problems caused by malware.
