  When I go to Office Admin I can enter the new reason ok codes, but the checkbox to activate the reason codes is grayed out and cannot be verified.

  Thank you for taking the time to read this post. I currently have a problem with Muse. Yesterday, I was doing a Web site and no problems, everything went very well. However, today, I opened the same file in an attempt to add more movement to other objects and boom! I can't check or uncheck the check box of the application. I have absolutely no idea of what has past. There is anything I did that may have changed the setting or something like that, and I'm the only person who uses this laptop. I tried the following:

  -Open a saved version of the same site. No luck.

  -Open a new, empty page to animate a random object. No luck.

  -Reinstalled Muse and updated. No luck.

  -Tried the previous methods on a desktop pc I have. No luck.

  I'm quite desperate because I really need to finish this project today and I feel really stupid because I know it could be a setting that needs to be changed and I'm wasting your time lol.

  It is grayed out, because you have no "Fill" (image), which is able to scroll.

  If you want to affect the movement of scroll to an empty rectangle, use the movement of scrolling panel, not the fill command.

  For testing purposes, I have created a machine virtual 64-bit Windows 7 and the 3D box is not grayed out.

  1 how long have you been experiencing this problem for?

  2. have you recently installed or uninstalled any software?

  3. you experience this with all the screen savers in the list?

  4. what version of Windows 7 operating system is installed on your computer?

  5. you are the administrator of your computer?

  6. your computer is under any active field?

  Go to start > run and type regedit. The Registry Editor opens.

  Find the following registry key:

  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Control Panel\Desktop

  Look for the entry that says SCRNSAVE. EXE and the clear key.

  In addition, if you have an entry that says ScreenSaveActive, delete this key as well.

  Once you do this, you should be able to choose a screen saver.

• Media imported, but the layer check box is grayed out

  I think I can have messed with a framework in my project because when I import media into the canvas or the layers pane, I manually option + click on the box to make it appear. I see the icon and the name on the tab layers, but it is grayed out for some reason any. It's especially annoying when an audio file is imported, because it wont let me check the Master volume box.

  There is no problem when running the same tasks with a new project.

  I use a HP Photosmart C309A all in one.  I use Windows 7. I have several photos to scan and want to sweep as individual files.  I did already several months without problem.  The box which should allow me to do so is not available to check.  It is grayed out.

  I noticed that you want to scan multiple photos on your HP Photosmart c309 as individual files, but the box is grayed out. I'm happy to help you!

  It sounds as if there is a problem of driver/software with your printer software. I recommend the following:

  1. Uninstall the software. Uninstalling the printer software.
  2. Clean boot the computer. How to perform a boot in Windows.
  3. Re-install using the HP print and Scan Doctor.

  1. you remember to make changes to the computer recently?

  Method 1:

  You can consult the following KB article and run the fix it tool available and check if you can assign file association.

  When you run an .exe on a Windows Vista-based or Windows 7 computer file, the file may start another program

  After running the fixit so check the option is grayed out or not.

  Method 2:

  If you're still having problems, then you can try to change the settings in the registry only if it is present on your computer and check if it helps.

  a. Click Start, type regedit in the search box and press ENTER.

  b. navigate to the

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\Explorer

  (c) in the right side of the screen, double click on "NoFileAssociate".

  d. change the value of "NoFileAssociate" from 1 to 0.

  e. exit the registry editor and restart the computer and check.

  Important: The above mentioned steps show you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs.

  Your screenshot shows you the active Selection (the black arrow) tool, not the Page tool (the third tool from above).
