How can I avoid this problem? It happens every day at least once.

Hello

  • problem with the mouse and keyboard and windows update does not work

Since last week to start the computer, I get an error message that the mouse and keyboard functions do not work. He then seeks the errors and then indicates that the service restarts. I want to fix this problem and according to Microsoft hardware, I should download "mkc.msi", which is missing from my computer, but when I do a search for a download, it always automatically directs me to the section "community". How can I correct this problem and get the appropriate download? I use Windows Pro 64 bit with IE 11 on an Acer laptop. I have the Acer site but it was a great help. Also, for the last 6 months, I could not update my computer windows update feature does not work and no error code is presented. I tried everything to restore or re-download the windows update feature, but nothing works, or I can't find a source. I got a blue screen 3 times indicating that windows must be updated and has been the reason for the blue screen. Unfortunately, I don't have a Windows 7 reinstall drive when restarting it spilled about 85 MG of data but not identify what has been dumped. Of course I could use help on this major problem as well even if it cannot be in the category correct community.

    Hello

My Youtube app on the Bluray Sony BDP - S3100 drive freezes when I play any video. It says LOADING... and plays the video completely. But the Player hangs and I have to be able to market. This started happening since yesterday is to say 26/06/2013.

The other problem is with the YUPP TV App.

After my latest firmware upgrade June 4, 2013 live channels on the YUPP TV app does not work peoperly. It says loading and will market every 5 to 10 seconds. On demand videos are very good. This began to happen immediately after the upgrade on June 4, 2013 (M14. R.0136). but after that, there was a more updated firmware that says that connectivity issues fixed on 08/06/2013 (M14 Version. R.0138). I've updated on my player. Yupp TV questions are still there. YouTube has been fine since then, but then the Youtube above issue started happening since yesterday and I have reported to the Youtube community as well.

Could you fix Yupp TV, I'm sure that updating the firmware.  Also please check if Yout tube is with the firmware...

  • Logitech USB mouse does not work after the upgrade to Windows 7

I have a HP Pavilion DV6XXX laptop computer series (MS Vista Home Premium has been loaded from the factory), recently updated with Windows 7 Home Premium.  It is then this problem began.

Wherever I am, everything I do (typing, surfing, reading) my cursor made a break of about 3 seconds, 26-28 seconds.  This interruption is making me crazy!  Everything what I'm typing, the cursor becomes unavailable for 3 seconds.  Everything I typed is gone.

My laptop has a touchpad, but I use a Logitech USB mouse.  I can't disable my touchpad, but that does not change.  In addition, it is matter if I type or not: my cursor disappears for 3 seconds, 26-28 seconds.  I can sit and watch it.  I have disabled the touchpad, unplugged the USB mouse, find the updated HP drivers and Synaptics to nothing does not.

    Looking for other suggestions.

  • the mouse does not work after a beep

I currently have Windows 7 installed on my desktop at home.
Lately I had problems with the mouse. When I start windows, it seems to work very well. After a few minutes, I hear a strange beep & the mouse no longer works in total. I tried to disconnect & reconnected again to see if there is no dust collected but that doesn't seem to work. I checked if the drivers are updated, I saw that the latest version of the driver has been installed. I checked if there is a problem with the ports. I started in safe mode. Uninstalled ports & restarted my computer. For worms, it seems to work fine, but now it seems I have the same problem again. For this reason, it is necessary to reboot the machine again & again once because the mouse freezes & I'm stuck here.

  • The mouse does not work when coming out of sleep mode

I move the mouse to the computer of the mode "Eve".  Our journal 3 on tiles appear.  My husband,. admin Acct and finally my user account.  Admin account and my acct have the same privileges.  In any case... The mouse will not move the cursor at all once the computer wakes up from sleep mode.  My husband tile is highlighted and so I either hit tab again so he can highlight other options that I can hit enter too and I hope that the mouse starts to move the cursor.  It won't let me spend the good user.  If I type his password on his account, sometimes it works and other times it won't.  So I tabulate between change username and password reset and cancel until he started working.  Very frustrating!  I changed the batteries in the wireless mouse and it would work for a day or two and then same problem.  I also tried to return to an earlier point when the computer worked as it should.  Again... problem would return.  I have tried installing and re - install the intermittent operation of device (mouse) and then the next day would not.  Finally uninstalled this mouse and bought a new Logitech wireless mouse.  He began to do the same.  Help, please!
