  If you use the custom navigation buttons, you can add shortcut keys, right and left the work arrow keys very well.

  I prefer using the form (you can do as invisible as the click boxes) because you can put them on the first slide and the time for the rest of the project, or put them on master slides. That will save time, do not have to copy and paste another interactive object for each slide.

  The problem is that if you save a favorite which includes a selected section of the audio file, unfortunately hearing records the position of the current selection. So when you try to apply it elsewhere you get this error message. You can do a favorite for the little "DeAmplify" by opening the dynamic menu and effects/Amplitude and proceed to amplify. Select-30 dB and then click on the icon of the star at the top right that save as favorite DeAmplify. You can then make a shortcut to call your new favorite. However, you will need to manually select the breath in order to apply DeAmplify I'm afraid.

  As you mentioned, there are a TON of shortcuts in Photoshop, making it very difficult to assign a shortcut to new features. However, he has a nice feature that allows you to create your own!

  Under the Edit menu, you will find keyboard shortcuts at the bottom. Once you are there, you can find the Puppet Warp feature in the submenu change , and you can assign a shortcut.

  There are no shortcuts for those so you would need to add new commands to the context menu and then add a new shortcut for this command and I don't think you can do the first.
