  OK, I re-read your question. It's actually expected behavior. The user must manually send the email.

  If you want it to be a silent process, then you must either install a script on the local computer of the user who will do this, or use any email but something as a service web to which you directly submit the form data.

• Satellite Pro L20 - typed keys missing

  We have about 20 laptops, Satellite PRO L20 (model No. PSL2YE-00H00EG3), and all have this problem): keyboard missing from time to time a key is pressed. All keys are affected and the question is very worrying, given that you can have a miss every 20 letters typed.

  We have tried to update the BIOS to version 1.5 to version 1.8, but we had no success.

  Tommy, the product key is necessary for specific Windows registry/use, etc., which also comes with the computer. Once enrolled, the 'trial' is done and can be used. I am beyond my trial period and want to use it again.

  Except the product key on the sticker is not for that.  The trial that you must be bought and if you haven't paid for it - product key so that it would be somewhere else - not stuck on the computer.
   
  In other words-, you will need to contact those that you bought the computer from and check that you bought Office and where is this product key.

  Looks like you might have given them incorrect account information if you are told that you bought something, you know that you do not have.  If you've been reinstall as say you it is a bit surprising you didn't keep your own record of the serial number.  That's what I've always done.  Adobe takes is no longer in charge throughout most of their older products except if you need assistance with deactivation, and even in this case, you should pay attention to how you request this assistance.

  Find the serial number of your Adobe product quickly

  If you happen to have a machine that has installed programs then you may be able to retrieve serial numbers.
