• BlackBerry Smartphones BlackBerry support insists that STV100-1 does not support the China Mobile HK?

  Then I go to Hong Kong right now with my Priv, using a prepaid of China Mobile Hong Kong that I've used with my classic. Noticed that I can not make calls with it so I called BlackBerry charge to open a support case.

  I noticed two things:

  -I am able to receive a 4G signal

  -Whenever I make a call, network goes to no Service. I also can't find any network if the phone is set on 2G or 3G only

  -I can not receive calls, it keeps saying number not reachable, as if the phone was turned off

  -In the phone app, my number is listed as unknown.

  After a lot of troubleshooting with the support rep, she argued that my private does not support the China Mobile HK, which doesn't seem wise. I'm temporarily using the card with a backup of Telus/Koodo G4, while my private does not work, and it works fine.

  Priv STV100-1 supports:

  • FD - LTE 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 12, 17, 20, 29, 30
  • HSPA + 1, 2, 4, 5/6, 8

  H812 G4 Telus LG support:

  • FD - LTE 2, 4, 5, 7, 12, 17
  • HSPA + 1, 2, 4, 5/6

  China Mobile uses UMTS and LTE 3/7 1/8. This is why don't the Priv actually be MORE supported? I ' n suspect a hardware issue yet I can't seem to convince management of the case.

  When using a Dial gauge (percent), I'm trying to measure quarter percentage growth during the quarter.

  My query returns a single line as for the gauge. However the gauge indicates 1%. Positive rather than negative.

  Seems to be a problem when there is a negative value, AND you specify a up/down column in your query. IF I delete the columns high and low of the query, I get the right numbers when they are positive values. But the negatives do not return (for example, I had a 1% where I should have gotten a-84%). Strange behavior.

  Hi Walter,

  You hit a limitation where gauge cards currently do support the display of positive values. However, this restriction has been removed for Flash 5 graphics and support for the display of negative values on the gauge cards will be included in our next release. This issue is followed by bug 10024437.

  In the meantime, you will have to customize your chart XML in order display negative values. This would require that you replace the chains of substitution #SCALE_DATA # and #DATA # in the custom with your own and area of XML information.

  Hey guys,.

  Today, I write about my current business with Motorola. This is the case number is140121-006278.

  I use my car griffin dock to make and receive calls on my Maxx Droid while I'm on the road.

  I noticed since the update of Kitkat on my Droid Maxx replacement I got Verizon today only once

  I use the Dock car numbers on the keypad are really hard to press. I have been troubleshooting

  with Motorola and Verizon Tier 2 Tech Support level 2 and were able to get this fixed up.

  Info on the device:

  • The system version: 19.5.3.obake - maxx_verizon. Verizon.en.US

  We tried things:

  • Safe mode
  
  
  
  • Force stop & erase the data on the phone in settings---> Apps

  I don't know what to do, because even the gal that helped me at the Verizon store Corporate in Beaverton, OR say the same thing on his Droid Ultra with Kitkat.

  Has anyone else noticed this who has the car Dock Griffin made 4 Ultra Droid & Maxx or has heard of this problem?

• HP 7 plus 1302: Tablet HP 7 more 1302 - upgrade using KitKat.

  Hello - I read somewhere in some forums that a KitKat update has been released for the Tablet: HP 7 more 1302. I downloaded the files, but I'm stumped as to how to start the update. I try refreshing the update by going to: settings - about and then refreshing, but nothing new appears. I tried to run the computer files and the Tablet without result. How to upgrade this tablet to the 4.4.4 Android update?

  WELL guessed myself - I just had to drag and drop the .zip in the brief INTERNAL of my hp 7 MORE TABLET 1302. FOR ANYONE WHO HAS THIS TABLET AND WANT TO UPDATE KITKAT, HERE'S MY ITINERARY:
  
  Go to the page of support and drivers hp - fill the EXACT model of your HP 7 MORE tablet before continuing.
  
  Click on update then go to drivers - there should be 2 files of the same name - KitKay restore image and any text. One is for the US, while the other is for the other countries.
  
  Select this option to download and let hp download its application to download so that it downloads the zip file.
  
  Not wait to download... When complete:
  
  Connect your tablet to your pc. Since HP has been a bit LAZY and doesn't not fix the external SD card bug in recovery mode, you MUST move the zip file to your INTERNAL MEMORY.
  
  Once done, make sure THAT YOUR BATTERY IS SUPERIOR to 30%
  
  Turn off the tablet. Also when you make your data will be wiped. PLEASE BACK IT UP!
  
  Press and hold the "+" and the power button until that little andoird icon.
  
  By using the '+' and '-' buttons, go to "install the update from the internal memory" or however your version of 7 more explained as. Press the power button to select.
  
  The zip file must be the first to choose. Select it and it will start the phase 1 of the update.
  Leave it to update. It will reboot into recovery mode. Repeat the last step to go to step 2
  
  After the above, you will notice that YOUR RECOVERY MODE has BEEN updated to 4.4. * (Kit kat) repeat the step as before, and phase 3 starts now. It will take a little longer.
  
  A complete message will appear and your options will appear again.
  
  Go to wipe/factory reset and erase all data - select this option to confirm and leave it to dry. Reset. The tablet will be a little start. Now your tablet is updated to Kit Kat. THIS APPLIES ONLY TO THE HP 7 MORE PILLS, NO SLATE.
  
  I am VERY disappointed by the support forums. I expected more of the hp. Wow just wow...

• Lenovo Vibe Z2 KitKat 4.4 Lollipop Pro downgrade

  I've updated Kitkat Lollipop and the situation is that the blind man's house furniture was shifted. It is therefore hurt whenever he moves into the House.

  (1) If you are on any other screen except sleep and someone calls, call information from a menu drop-down and its very annoying as you lose option on how to handle the call.

  (2) a lot of menu items have been transferred or are not available as the rotation of the screen in the menu drop down.

  There are a lot more problem and instead of struggling to figure out and waiting for the bugs to remove, I would go back to 4.4 Kitkat. Please explain step by step how it was possible.

• Recovery post-Kitkat 'No order' error

  I clear my cache sometimes to make my phone work better and I have done this in the past, before I got the updated Tuesday, but after the update when I try the same Motorola help page instructions on how to clear the cache, an error "No command" appeared when I chose the option of recovery in the start menu so is this normal or is - this another bug of Kitkat?

  On the screen "Order No.", press and hold power and volume + buttons for 3 seconds to access recovery.

• Why my app crashes when in the dialer?

  I recently had a few crashes at reception or to make a call on my motorcycle g xt1032. I get a pop up saying unfortunately "contacts ceased." I am still able to make the call, but the pop up still until I press OK. Its really annoying that I have to press OK every time before answering a call.

  It's the recent updates of Lollipop for Google + which allows to create the questions and the Contacts app crash when you use the dialer on and outside. Very pretty darn boring and the last update on Google + do not resolve this problem for me yet. The simple but awkward solution is temporarily disable or uninstall the Google app + until they fix this annoying bug. It seems that the issue is not there when phones are updated to the lollipop, but it's still pretty boring for us with slow update schedules.

  TL; DR - disable Google + and the problems disappear!

  > brightness auto bug... you must disable and enable again to actually allow the auto brightness function.

  > Sometimes, there are abnormal haptic feedback when the phone restarts, you must restart your phone again to stabilize. (experinced it only once to date)

  Still working on my phone, it will keep up-to-date, but the developers at motorola, please take note of these things.

  most of the bugs is resolved in 2.2.2 update quite awesome performance but introduced some gliches I hope that update has been removed from the section of update in India... now wait until it resolved soon.

• Bugs in official update of Lollipop

  I've updated for today morning lollipop... I received the official ota... I installed it... But it has many bugs... mainly late composer (problem synaptic touch also), exclamation mark in wifi and networks... cannot copy / paste web content in chrome correctly... Take more time to load applications that in kitkat... bugs in multitasking... poor battery backup... sometimes the phone isn't waking up... how so we can solve these problems?

• SPEED DIAL ON TOUCH-TONE PHONE DOES NOT

  After that the 1.3.5 and 1.3.5.1 updates my speed on the touch-tone phone dial does not work.  I have full use of the button, when I hit the # assigned to just speed dial, it remains on the # and won't connect. Tried several different lengths of holding # nothing works.

  Also, my Launcher is then slllllllllllllllooooooooww to open applications (that is to say, contacts, notes, e-mail).

  Anyone else having this problem!

  I tried restarting and a partial anli. I went to the Sprint store that they told me they can replace the phone for a refurbed one, I told them that on this site I read that Palm concludes an agreement with Sprint to replace by a new one, as it was still under the 1 year warranty. The shop told me that they had to follow corporate protocal and he couldn't give me a new Palm Pre. :-(.  I'm not crazy got a refurbed phone.

  The other problem I encounter is that for my bellsouth.net email (I paid by internet DSL ATT) continues to give me the password text messages invalid on the phone. This has not done this before the update. I've been reading the forums and I'm assuming that Palm is working on this bug.

  You have any other suggestions on what I can do?
