  Method 1: Restore the default settings of the BIOS WARNING: this procedure may involve changing the semiconductor (CMOS) settings of the computer's complementary metal oxide and by changing the BIOS of the computer.   Why ask here?  Picasa (without "O") is a product of Google and Adobe Elements... is an Adobe product.

  Your photos are stored on your hard drive.  At least that - during the uninstall process - you check a box (I don't think there is) to remove images - they will be stored on your hard drive in the s place x even as they were before.
