  There is another post on this topic.  For now, the extension of Photoshop will allow you to only see public themes.  So, theoretically, you can create a theme, make public, add a unique name and then search for that name in the Photoshop Kuler Panel.

  I know that's not ideal. Illustrator CC (if you are a Subscriber CC) will have a new Panel that will show you your themes private - which makes it super easy to enter your themes in your work.  We are committed to Color Sync (synchronization with Kuler) better in Photoshop CC as well - that is TBD.

  Yes, I have connected and click on the download button.  When I open the

  file, I get a message that reads "melody.ase is an unknown format and.

  cannot be opened. "I changed the extension, but still no luck.

  You can not "open" the .ase file. You must load it in Illustrator,

  Photoshop or InDesign (versions CS2 or later). See the color chart

  Panel in the corresponding application, then choose 'Load swatches' in

  the Panel flyout menu.

  It would be nice to see some kuler integration with Photoshop and Flash. I love Illustrator Panel and want to Photoshop and Flash could use it.   Mix Photoshop only supports iPad (iOS) at the moment. We can consider the Android platform in future version.

• Cannot open. ASE files

  Greetings,
  I seem to be unable to open. ASE files in my old, old version of Photoshop 7.01. That, I'm stuck with, because I'm broke. I tried to open. Only recognizes files ASE by loading them in the color chart, but Photoshop. Files of the COA.

  The Adobe Swatch Exchange format introduced in CS2, then the file format is not supported in the older version of Photoshop. I would try to copy and paste the hexadecimal values of kuler to photoshop well, hope it works! Let us know.

  If I type RGB 59, 67, 108 in PH or DO I get these results.

  Photoshop and Illustrator

  CMYK 86, 78, 33, 19

  Photoshop

  LAB 6, 29, -25

  If CMYK and LAB results do not match.

  If you use the color themes Panel of InDesign and Photoshop, you would find on the CMYK values in the Panel (Create tab) must match the product.

• Why are different colors Photoshop and Illustrator kuler?

  When I color in kuler, I get the RGB and CMYK numbers for them.

  When I enter the RGB in Photoshop, I get different CMYK values.

  When I enter the CMYK in Illustrator, I get different values of RBG.

  P.S. I asked this before in the kuler forum but this forum is very quiet .

  The numbers are specific to the color space. If working spaces/document profiles are different, you will get different numbers for the same color.

  In addition, a color may be out of gamut in a particular color space and cannot be reproduced here, so it is cut to the closest reproducible color.

  Does anyone know if Kuler works with Photoshop Elements 9? I guess what I'm asking, that is, how to import a webbsite 'Kuler' shuffleboard in Photoshop Elements 9?   Photoshop Elements 5.0 does not support Adobe Swatch Exchange (ASE) files, but you can copy and paste the kuler in items HEX values.
