  OK it drives me absolutely crazy. for these past few weeks, my taskbar and alt - tab has been broken. When I move the taskbar of the program im trying to open just blinks but never actually maximizes.  I noticed that it only flashes I have my cursor over the icon. But if I leave it right on it to open its own it never made. Alt - Tab is also the exact same thing (which makes me assume that the question is related.) I click on buttons and pop-up windows, but does not open anything.

  I looked around and I know that this question emerged with a reliablitiy of windows there are few up-to-date kb977074, but wasn't in my update list. SO I now have no idea what to do. Ive played around with the parameters monitored for defective or damaged files, and really, I don't want to have to do a system restore. especially since ive restored my computer and he was doing it before I updated. so... ideas would be very appreciated.

  Method 1

  Try to perform a full scan of your computer using Security Microsoft Scanner.

  If the problem persists, I suggest to check the integrity of the system and for this you may need to run the SFC (System File Checker).

  Scan SFC will be scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.

  How to use the System File Checker tool to fix the system files missing or corrupted on Windows Vista or Windows 7

  1. Go to Start, click all programs and open the Accessories.
  2. Right-click on command prompt in the list programs, and then select run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click OK.
  3. In the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER:

• I get a must activate windows error when trying to log in. I run windows activation and it is said that the product is already activated, click ok

  I reinstall windows xp on an old pc with my xpsp2 cd. I used the key of xp on the sticker and when you restart the computer after the initial installation I got a must activate windows to continue. I went through the process on the phone and typed in a bunch of numbers and then it came up saying that windows is activated. He put me to the login screen, when I click on administrator I always get the must activate windows. When I select ok to activate it comes up saying that I must activate windows and will not let me continue. any ideas on how to solve this problem?

  You might be able to solve your immediate problem of the 30-day activation grace period has expired by resetting it. Follow these steps:

  1. If the computer can be started in a safe mode command prompt, do.

  2. at the command prompt, type this command exactly (space, caps and comma are required):

  Rundll32.exe syssetup, SetupOobeBnk

  3. restart.

  If you did it, your activation grace period will have been reset, giving you more time to work on the problem.

  Judging by your post, it seems that Microsoft had technical problems when you tried to activate your copy of Vista by phone. Have you tried phoning the line Activation again?

  The normal procedure is that if the activation fails through the automated system, the call is transferred to a real person. It is the only available option if you get the error 'use existing product key'.

  I can only suggest that you try again the activation by phone and see what happens.

  When you distribute applications, everything has to run in the runtime engine (RTE). It should not require development environments (Dev Env) must be installed on the machine at all.

  That being said, I recommend you configure the TS LV adapter to run the screw into the TEN. Which will automatically get rid of dialog to launch like this is part of the Env of Dev of LV.

  Follow the instructions below that may help you resolve the issue.

  Method 1:

  Follow the instructions to start the computer in safe mode.

  1 turn on the computer or restart the computer

  2 start typing the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Boot Menu of Options will appear.

  If you start typing the F8 key too soon, some computers display a "keyboard error". To resolve this issue, restart the computer and try again.

  3. ensure that the safe mode option is selected.

  4. press ENTER. The computer then begins to start in safe mode.

  Check if you have the same problem in safe mode as well.

  I have a used laptop bought with windows 7 on it two years ago.  I went through the process of activation then and it has been very well give me all the updates.  Two months ago, I received the windows 10 icon I have my tray and upgrade to windows free 10.  I had minor problems with windows 10 so restored to windows 7.  Everything was fine until now, all of a sudden im told my windows 7 is not enabled and it will not activate. I have no product key for windows 7 and I did not find and write down the product key for windows 10 when I have I had it installed. So now I have no way to reactivate my windows 7 and 10 windows will not reinstall. I'm sure that Microsoft, intended as a client validates windows 7 (without a product registered for her key) to have free windows 10 that now will be no reinstall and now even my windows 7 is ruined for activation.   I recently got a new Dell Inspiron 15-7568 running Windows 10. When using the latest version of Firefox, any text and images in a new window which opens using Adobe Flash are about 25% of the size that they should be, making it almost impossible to read, and I can't find any way to increase the size. The problem does not exist when you use Microsoft Edge, that the Windows Flash open as it should be in this browser. Any assistance in finding ways to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

  Unfortunately, Firefox has not added support for high-density displays plugin yet.  It * could * be in night-time compilations at the moment, but I am not sure, and the compromise of stability there.

  I'm sure that support is already in versions of current shipping of Flash (or will be soon), and we are actively working with Mozilla on it.  We do not have clarity when this support will land on their side again.  Once support land, in a future version of Firefox, it should just start to work properly.

  In the meantime, you can work around this by using just about any other major browser.

  Scan does not not on my HP Deskjet F4280 all-in-One.  The power button flashes when you press scan. Everything else works.  I tried to unplug it from the wall socket and reconnect it.  Not solve the problem. What else can I try?  Or, is it a piece of junk now and needs replacement?   My laptop (windows vista) did not go into repairs several months ago. Don't know if that had anything to do with it.
