  On the login screen, try hitting Ctrl-Alt-Del twice.  That should bring in a login screen where you can type the user and the password.  Try typing "admin" as user and leave the empty password field.  Unless the password has been changed beforehand, it should connect you as an administrator.  Then you should be able to create another user (with administrative privileges if you want).

  I'm assuming that you download the installer of Firefox http://www.getfirefox.com/ with Internet Explorer. Something to try:

  You must choose the registration option (do not use the run option). Once the download is complete, open the download folder for your Windows account, then right-click on the Firefox setup.exe inside the file and choose run as administrator.

So now I can only connect this system only safari and cannot access my administrator account. Please help me, I need to connect to my administrator account as soon as possible.

  It seems that you simply log on to the guest user account, and then you can choose your administrator account and log in as usual. Here are some instructions on registering your account:

  Close the session

  Choose the Apple menu > Log Out. If you don't want the application windows you have currently open to reopen when you reconnect, deselect the option "reopen the windows when you log in.

  If your Mac is set up for multiple users, other users can connect once you disconnect.
