  I use Lightroom 6.4 on a Pc with Windows 10.

  Has disappeared? Try file-> open the new item, and then select each illustrated catalog until you find the catalog with your photos.

  If this does not work, please post a screenshot of the problem.

  I noticed that you said you were doing with IAS Web site analysis (as opposed to the CMS analysis or file system).  In the analysis of Web site, personally, always out of analysis of XML instead of a recordstore.  As the webcrawls have not any mechanism of CDC (change data capture) you find yourself really lead the entire analysis whenever there is no way to detect the page website for only analyze this change that changed incrementally.  For the analysis of file system and the CMS analysis, recordstores are very discount to accomplish and follow the gradual change.

  So, if you decide, like me, to the output in XML format to the analysis of your Web site, you can waive the reading of the RS and simply use an XML reader to retrieve several XML files.

  I have prepared a book of Photos, but I can't order it... a message says the 'store' is closed for upgrades?  Is this true?

  I'm on my first MAC - OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.5.  I created many many 'projects' slideshows using photos, I imported a few weeks ago.  Now when I go to photos/projects, the names of each slideshow is here under a picture empty, but there are no more slides/photos.  Where did they go to?

  Did you delete the pictures of moments, after you have added them to the projects?  Reference projects only the photos in the library, they do not store the photos.

  Then when importing you didn't copy the images from the SD card to your hard drive. LR has been good to see camera memory cards and selecting the option automatically copy in thew but you import window should have the option to add selected then it just added the files on the SD card to the catalogue and when you remove the SD card the images disappeared. I hope that you have not put in shape that the SD card in the camera again and you can delete, delete the catalog, import original then re-import-the by selecting the copy option. Or you could try a manual copy of the images from the SD card to the folder in which you store your images and then reconnect these images to where you copied them.

  Hello, I have a little problem with 12 elements. After I edit a photo and save it, elements changes the setting DateTime to the time the photo was recorded. Is there a way do not change this setting? Just to save the photo with a stock of EXIF metadata?

  Is there a converter file or filter to open the old photo CD files.

  Some files are in PCD format and some files are PCT/Quickdraw

  The PCD files can be converted with the best Image Converter XV of Apple Store but the resolutions seem low.

  The QuickDraw (a type of Pict) image can be opened in preview but only exported in pdf format which, in turn, need another conversion jpg or tif.

  Photoshop seems to have abandoned in favour of these two formats.

  Before buying a new iphone 6 sec, I did as stated and supported my old 5s up to icloud and itunes on my computer windows laptop. Everything seemed to be perfect with the new phone - all contacts, have been downloaded, but I just realized that the photos and YouTube videos are missing. I had four of the five short videos of my granddaughter practicing at the piano that were somewhat specific, but they no longer exist. The backup to icloud and my laptop from my old phone was conducted the same day. Not sure the number of photos I had originally but I have about 186 on my new phone with many of the missing.
