Landscape and portrait photos

Hi all

I am doing a project, which includes the Portrait and landscape Photos. I hate having a big black margins, consequence of the Portrait Photos.

What u advice to use both portrait and landscape Photos?

This project includes a Photo Slideshow.

Thanks to you all

I often have to work with both orientations and usually don't want big black bars, and I want to change the portrait Images to fill the width, but then effectively crops out of the up, down, or a combo of all.

Usually, I'll do something like I pointed out here: http://forums.adobe.com/message/2471303#2471303

Good luck

Windows does not include hardware drivers or a screen rotation capabilities.  As your hardware or the hardware driver software does not change, it may indicate that you must reinstall the software, perhaps with a more recent version, you can do it from the manufacturer's website.  Alternatively, because the function doesn't do not part of the Windows operating system, you need to contact Acer support.

  • Landscape and portrait images in the lightbox

I want to have the light therapy device to adapt to the landscape, square and portrait images and a white border for framing each image. All the images fit into the container, but the white border frames the container, not the image itself. I would like also to the legend of paste at the bottom of the image (without worrying if portrait or landscape) for each image. Is there a slidshow for this widget, or have I missed all the settings?

With fix border width, the image must be changed outside the Muse and then use the image published in a slideshow.

Muse Native does not provide such a feature to add the width of the border with fix guidance.

You can go with any image editor like Photshop.

  • Get the widths of landscape and portrait

    Hi all

Is it possible to get the width of the landscape of a screen (or just the screen) while the device is in portrait orientation and without rotation/tilt physically the device? and vice versa?

The only way that I can think of is to force the screen in, say, portrait landscape (via Ui.getUiEngineInstance () .setAcceptableDirections (Display.DIRECTION_LANDSCAPE)), out of Display.getWidth () and then force back in orientation. I don't know if it will even work or is the the best/most simple method.

    Any help?

    Thank you

The safest way to get the current width/height is to override the sublayout() method appropriate to the screen, Manager, etc. and update the required values (e.g. update of width of the button). that is when orientation changes, a sublayout is triggered, where you update buttons as. Inside of the paint just function use the measurement buttons to draw the dimensions for the size of the newer buttons based on the available width. Database available on the values provided by the call to sublayout instead of Display.getxxxxx values.

  • Multi-Folio app with landscape and portrait orientation

Can we create an application multi-folio containing folios of orientation portrait and landscape?

A multi-folio application can have any mix of portrait, landscape or double direction folios in it. The only requirement is that, for a specific folio, all items that he share the same orientation setting.

  • iPhone DPS landscape and portrait mode

Would it not be possible to create a DPS iPhone App that takes advantage of the portrait and landscape?

If you are a customer or business pro and create a multi-question application, Yes. We support the folios dual orientation on iPhone.

Your mention of "iPhone app" makes me think that you try to create a unique edition DPS approx. Note We do not support single edition at all on iPhone.

  • The mode switching landscape to portrait, what do I do next?

Hello everyone. I have installed the accelerometer in my application, configure the headphones, created a State of 'portrait '. What is the call to change the status of my _accelerometer.onUpdate ()?

If you try only to have your app support landscape and portrait orientations, I wouldn't bother using the accelerometer.

Listen for the StageOrientationEvent.ORIENTATION_CHANGE event or that I am in my application current just monitor Event.RESIZE and don't worry 'landscape' versus 'portrait', but rather just meet the width and height of the actual values.

I know the tricks of the Tablet OS developer's guide shows an example of using the accelerometer, but I must say it mystifies me why they bother proposing this solution.

  • The Smartphones Blackberry 9500 screen settings touch blackBerry landscpe and portrait mode

I want to Blackberry 9500 give the possibility to choose the display mode in the settings. I want to have the control to choose landscape or portrait mode, or both. It is possible to have a list of parameter that allows to choose three different as screen mode:
    1-portrait mode only
    Only mode 2-landscape
    3 landscape and Portrait mode

If Blackberry can offer these 3 options, the user will decide the mode to use. I hope RIM take care about it and do the necessary upgrade of the operating system.

If you read http://supportforums.blackberry.com/rim/board?board.id=Hello you can see that RIM doesn't read the forum.

I don't understand this thread why you want to put tag "solution"? There is no solution for this thread again...

  • Landscape to Portrait and vice versa, a tale of hobbits.

I'm creating a document that goes from landscape to portrait and then come back.  How can I do this without creating blank pages between documents? I have PageArea1/ContentArea1 PageArea2/ContentArea2 as Portrait and landscape.

    Hello

If you have configured your two Master Pages, it's just a case to select drawing pages and make some small changes to pagination settings (see object > paging).

The first page would be set to follow previous or top of the Page "PageArea1". The following pages that you want to be landscape as well would be set to follow previous.

Then for the first page of portrait, set pagination on top of the Page "PageArea2".

    Switch back if necessary.

  • How do I change the orientation office of the fashion landscape to portrait?

original title: landscape or Portrait mode

I am running Windows Vista with a Dell monitor.  Once I've accidentally hit a key or combination of keys to change my mode screen landscape to portrait mode.  I went online and find keys to switch back.  Now, I would like to use portrait mode, but could not find how to do it again.  CNTR-Alt-arrow does not work.  Thanx.

In fact, I discovered a much simpler method on mine: right click on desktop > graphics > Rotation.
