  Hello everyone, Ihad a fear a while ago and I was freaked out. I only am not much with the material so I came to you all.

  I had absolutely nothing on except a browser and youtube. There is no intensive program or anything running in the background when all of a sudden the fan running at full power. It was extremely noisy and scary since it's my first to deal with this.   F30 is a little older series laptop I think about 3 years or more... you cleaned the cooling modules in the meantime?
  I think there is a lot of dust and debris inside the laptop and I think that keeps air from traffic and therefore fans run faster.
  Try the compressed air jet that should help to remove dust and debris.

  I have a clients Tecra in the shop, and after having received a good description of what was going on at the tme of failure, I still can't understand it. She was watching a flash video when it froze. On reboot, it will not init the LCD, it seems at least partially POST, the CD spins, and all LCD screens blink as usual. Still no init LCD and the power light flashes green, without cause, is not a binary led post code. The fan runs at full speed directly and remained there for the duration.   Eventually, the temperature increases to a level where the fan must be operating at 90%.
  Then, the temperature falls down due to faster air circulation and so the fan runs slower. Then the temperature rises again and this cause a stronger fan activity.

  Maybe the portable computers vents are clogged with dust or debris.
  I think you first need to clean the fan using a jet of compressed air and it should test again.
