  There is probably a problem of compatibility between the old software and the more recent operating system.

  What are the specifications of memory RAM upgrade 4 GB laptop Pavilion dm1-4010us?  I tried to improve my memory from 4 GB to 8 GB by adding an additional module of 4 GB.  In both cases, the laptop wouldn't restart, and I had to remove before proceeding.  I am trying to determine the EXACT specifications for the upgrade, I hope to accomplish, so that I have purchase the correct memory module the next time.  Thanks in advance for any help.

  I have problems to install a Hp Printer laserjet pro P1102, to a Toshiba Satelite L50-B-2 ° c.  Printer and laptop computer are new.  Recently changed windows 8 to 10.

  The printer comes with a CD to install the software but my laptop does not have a CD player.  Therefore, I had to download the drivers and software, but they do not download.  I received instructions saying that software and drivers are downloaded, but the process continues for hours and there is no sign of it being installed.  I tried to turn on printer but even when turned on, it does not print.

  This is largely dependent on what kind of new phone or tablet you have.

  An alternative could be to put the files in Microsoft OneDrive (online free player to store your files from Microsoft).  Then add the OneDrive app on your phone and Tablet so you can download the files.

  If you want to use more, OneDrive also has the ability to automatically add the photos you take on your phone in your folder OneDrive.
