  Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. I know having your unexpected log of MacBook Air, it's not what you expect. Based on what you said, I would use these steps to identify and fix this software with your MacBook Air:

  1. use Mode without fail to start up your Mac so that it performs certain checks, remove files from the system cache, check your startup disk and trying to fix problems if necessary directory. After the boot safe mode, reboot normally and test your question again.

  Last week I was able to print to my HP Envy 4500 to my MacBook Air and MacBook Pro, both running El Capitan.  However, when I went to print today, no computer cannot find my printer.

  I tried everything I found on these forums of discussion... the network reset, feeding all turned off, turning off iPv6, etc. anything.

  I have a USB cord used to print today and when I went in the connected USB printer utility, I could select Configure the wireless, but again, make the message: not accessible device.  It notes the wireless network, the settings were downloaded successfully on my device, however, your Mac could not locate the device on the network.   My Mac is both connected to the same wireless network.

  Are you sure you use LR 5? When LR 5 is installed it does not overwrite or replace the LR 4.x. earlier version that will remain on your system. When you have Lightroom open go to the Help menu and check what version is actually open. It should indicate LR 5.0 and the fine print ACR 8.1.

  I work with Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 and I installed updates. This is my first time posting and I only use CS6 for a few months so I'm still a beginner. That being said, here's my dilemma: now half video missing one superior project I worked on yesterday without any problem. I didn't have a problem before and it's the first time I'll have to deal with that. For some reason, the problem is only occurring when I use of files larger than 1 GB. When I switch to a low quality video file which is 160 MB, for example, I don't have the problem of lack the upper half of the video. I also tried export to see if the problem is corrected during the export process, but it will also be released lack the upper half of the video.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

  We had exactly the same problem in our software.  We have reduced to updates of windows under MS technology MS13-057.  Specifically, on kb2834904 XP and windows 7 kb2803821.

  For us, it happens when the decoding of WMV9 files.  Not all uses of decoding WMV are affected, but I have confirmed that when linking the WMV decode DLL to a sample for RGB32 video grabber, executives are black on top, so that points directly to the internal data of the dll to decode WMV decoding.

  You can uninstall these windows updates to fix your problem.  I hope that Adobe can join Microsoft to fix this properly as soon as possible.

  Hello! I'm completely new to Mac and for this forum. Coming from Windows, I found the keyboard a bit confusing. So I installed carabiner, which most of the time worked like a charm.

  Then there was a notification update to Mac OS Sierra. So I did. And now the carabiner is broken. In addition, the trackpad scroll is annoyingly slow, and I realized that I just liked El Capitan more generally.

  But since I got the Mac with El Capitan, I don't have in my list of purchased on the App Store. So where can I find an official download to create installation media, and then reinstall El Capitan (which, as far as I KNOW, is the only way to "downgrade" a Mac if I have no backup of before)? I have no personal files on Mac yet, so I don't mind erase the drive.
