  I have a laptop Toshiba L50-10-to-10 q running BIOS Version 1.30 and THIS Version 1.10.
  I've recently updated to Windows 8 for Windows Pro 8.1.

  I followed the update instructions found on the driver download page.
  All modules (Wifi, Bluetooth, etc.) and the function keys work just fine.

  However, the status LED does not work correctly.
  For Wifi, the status light is always off, even when the Wifi is turned on and connected.

  The State LED to the touchpad is also always off, even when it is disabled.

  Thank you for posting this and for letting me know it now works for you (which is acceptable to you).

  In fact, what you describe above is not a bug, but it should. This is because Microsoft has changed a bit the boot process and the stop function since Win 8 (which means Windows 8, 8.1 and now 10). Instead of the stop full as in Windows XP, Vista, 7, Windows 8, 8.1, and 10 (when he is chosen to turn off) will stop, but closing them is a kind of hibarnation.   Yes, that is really strange and normally if you shut down the computer (not standby) and unplug the AC adapter, all LEDs should be disabled.

  Since when have you noticed the problem? Have you connected external devices to the laptop?

  This new model s notebook, and probably it has something to do with the BIOS. Have a look at the Toshiba website, if you can find a newer version of the BIOS:

  I have a TOSHIBA * L750 - 13 L * laptop with part #: * PSK30E-00R00EG4 *.
  The system was fast, but then one day suddenly it got very very slow. White led disk light remained on and opening the usual document (or even the jpg photo) obtained extremely slow.

  When I start windows 7 (64-bit), it works fine for a minute or two and then the hard drive lights all the time (with a minor stops). Opening documents at this point is pretty darn slow.

  I have discovered that when in safe mode (with or without networking), it works fine but when I run a normal mode, it is very slow. When I learned that I just did a clean install of Windows 7 64 bit on c: (format and install). Other two partitions d: and e: remained intact. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. When I installed all the drivers of light light HARD drive again and all went to "mode"snail".

  I installed avg, amr player 7zip, chrome and image resizer for windows, and all drivers needed in a correct order...
