B.S., he transformed all senareio into a nightmare, I uninstalled it AND REINSTALLED IT 3 times not to mention having get for 7 different print drivers then reloading all antivirus, blah - blah - blah - I was on the phone with Dell for over 3 weeks now! Of course cannot use a new P.C. like this Hey? I have a file a mile long if it is "they keep a good journal at all? So I will contact the Dell for arrangements to resume their JUNK. Their so-called technical support is aweful @ best. They have me so DARN confused I can't sleep at night knowing what I had paid for my new system and still having all these questions really now this is just crazy... I have also contacted "MICROSOFT" with these problems, as I have a warranty on the win 7 program operating system and when I called the first thing of this guy's mouth was, I had to pay their money $$$ for any type of support? NOW it's sad/mad/nutz out hey?   Sorry, but it seems that Dell does not provide a quality service for you. They have to replace their machine
  with a new one that is fully functional and you shouldn't accept anything less. 3 weeks and they did not

  It looks like your BIOS password "may" be set.

  What brand of computer do you have?

  If you have an antistatic grounding cable and are comfortable opening your case, you "can" be able to follow a procedure in the manual of your motherboard to reset such password.   If you choose to do so, please be careful because you do so at your own risk.

  A lot depends on how reformat you your hard drive.  Most manufacturers have a recovery partition on the hard drive that can be used to reinstall the operating system. Access you this by pressing a button that appears briefly at the beginning of the boot process.  If you have reformatted the drive c: partition only you might be OK and can get by using this recovery partition.  Otherwise, if you reformatted all the hard drive, then your only alternative is to get a Windows installation CD, boot from this CD and reinstall Windows.   Contact your computer manufacturer for advice.

  Unplug all external devices.

  Try to start in safe mode. If you can start in safe mode, and then do a system restore to restore the computer to an earlier point in time.

  Change the recovery settings to disable automatic reboot, if you are able to boot up to the desktop computer:

  1.	Right-click my computerand then click Properties.
  2.	Click the Advanced tab.
  3.	Under Startup and recovery, click settings to open the Startup and recovery dialog box.
  4.	Clear the automatically restart check box, and then click OK many times necessary.
  5.	Restart your computer so that the settings take effect.

  Now, when you are going to close and a fatal error occurs, you will see at least and it won't cause an automatic restart.

  Please reply back with the error message you get because it helps us to resolve the error.
