• Since my last update, I don't have a button "renew page. How can I get it back?

  Since my last update to the current version of Firefox, I don't have a "Page renew" button in the toolbar at the top of the browser. I couldn't get it back.

  Once again, I enjoyed the convenience of Live Mail, now I find that I use it less.

  LaserJet 3050 stopped printing after last update 1st OCT 14.

  Work status displays "Printing" but watch then "Waiting for printer to become available" and prints ever.

  Tried the usual power out voltage/power on both computers & printer.

  iMac with OS 10.9.5

  Printer started working today.

  I deleted my printers HP3050, removed cable printer, stop computer and printer.

  restarted printer and computer, reinstalled cable and now the printer works normally.

• Invisible comments after the last update - help?

  (I moved this to its own thread because it's not exactly the same problem as one that I answered):

  2 our group Mac users comments 'invisible' since the upgrade to the latest version of Acrobat Pro DC (2015.016.20039). and Adobe Reader. You can see the comments in the comments bar, but you don't see them anywhere on the page. It will move to the point where the comment should be, but it will not show the inscriptions on the PDF file. Here is an example:

  Does anyone else have this problem of comments after the last update? It will sometimes show bubbles of comments, sometimes show the insertion points and shows almost never strike thru. It's weird and incoherent.

  We use a WebDAV server to store our comments, if relevant. Two of us on OS X 10.11.4.

  We have released a hotfix that resolves this problem on comments on zoom-in and zoom-out endangered today. If you're not already updated to the latest patch, simply open Acrobat and visit help > check for updates to apply this hotfix.

• Problems using effects of roll with the last update.

  I'm new on using effects of roll and just got the hang of it when Adobe released the last update. Now, I get the message "To enable scrolling of the effects, your page must use a unique fixed stopping point" I use a single fixed stopping point and still get this message. I want to make a single page Web site scroll with multiple layers moving on the other, but with this last update I can not get my scrolling effects to accept any acceptable layout to activate the effect.  Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

  It seems that you remove these form email your junk e-mail folder, but rather you inbox. I never remember there being a way to delete all messages in a mailbox other than to junk, trash, etc, then I suggest you connect to a Mac computer, then select the first spam, then press SHIFT while clicking the last email you want to delete. He would choose each of them and you can press command-DELETE.

  I understand you have updated your iPhone 6s more iOS 10.0.2, but you can not access your purchased music. The first thing I would say is to leave the music app, sign out of the iTunes (from the settings app) account and restart your iPhone.  Then try to access your purchased again music.   Here are a few resources to explain this in more detail:

  1. Tap Settings > iTunes and App Store.

  -OSX 10.11.6

  -Safari version 10.0 (11602.1.50.0.10)

  Yesterday, that I just installed Safari was last updated.

  Since that I've found that Safari keeps crashing.

  Has anyone else seen or got an advice on what the problem is?

  Safari/Preferences/Advanced - activate the menu to develop it, then go ahead and empty Caches. Quit/relaunch Safari and test. Then try Safari/history/Show History and remove all items from the history.  Quit/relaunch Safari and test. You can also try try Safari/Clear History... The downside is that it deletes all cookies. It could upset some sites no longer recognizes your computer as one that has visited the web site. Go to Finder and select your user folder. With this Finder window as the windshield, select Finder/display/display options for presenting or order - J.  When the display options opens, check "show the library folder. This should make your visible user library folder in your user folder.  Select Library./Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db, and then move it to the trash.

  Go to Safari preferences/Extensions and disable all extensions. Test. If correct, enable the extensions one by one until find you which extension is causing the problem.

  Hi all

  I'm a bit confused! (Not hard)

  I ran the last update and on my on this drop-down list box mac I tells me I am running version 10.10.5 yet, according to the list of updates installed on September 14, I have version 12.5.1

  When I tried to download an app on the App store it says I can't because I need OS X 10 11 or later version.

  So my logo Apple drop-down box says that my version is 10.10.5

  my list of updates in the last 30 days, say the of it downloaded 12.5.1

  Which one should I?

  The second update is an iTunes update, not an update to OS X. The latest version of Mac OS X's El Capitan, which you can download from App Store.
