  Have a HP 6310 and I see the same pop up stating the printer is connected after you have installed the latest patch/update.  In addition computer start time has multiplied by 10.  I've never had a connection problem with the wireless so no printer of course learned what was the patch/update.  Seriously think about uninstalling the printer software, resettlement and this time without taking account of the update.

  It downloads all the way and then says Installation failed.

  At first I thought it was because I just upgraded to Windows 10. I went back at 7 and Photoshop installs it always. Uninstalled photoshop and creative cloud, reinstalled creative cloud, Photoshop will not be installed.   I export from InDesign to PDF page is larger in the PDF file, and others I exported. This is because of the present PDF? One of the project managers is not able to print on 8.5 "x 11", but the InDesign document presets are the same as before. I wish I could download PDFs to show, but the newly exported PDF is greater than the version I created a month ago.   I suspect the project manager has his copy of Reader/Acrobat simply set to print full size, rather than "Worthy" (assuming that the size of InDesign pages is truly 8.5 x 11).

  First of all, I'm under IE9 on Windows 7 64 bit. So far, 64-bit has proved more trouble than it is worth. My graphics card is an Intel HD graphics card.

  That said, since most recept update Flash, it has malfunctioned. A Web site based on flash and Flash-based advertising works very strangely. The announcement (or other) will appear in the upper left corner of the screen and constantly (and annoyingly) sparkle in and out of existence. I can still "communicate" with it by clicking on it, where it SHOULD be on the Web page (but not when it actually). It's can be ignored until now, when a school project forced me to use a flash element that I can't use.

  Please note that Flash has worked perfectly well on this computer until this update.

  Really need and appreciate any help, my old printer HP PSC1510 everything was in one and never had any problems with it but she decided to stop black printing. It took two or three replacement cartridges until I decided it was probably bump. I have replced (and borrow at the end... doh!) with a shiny new HP Envy 5532 all singing all dancing and with web also provides access, Hhhmmmm... the only problem is it's the same as my old printer, go figure?

  Refuses to print in black, have checked and confirmed cartrdiges authentic and complete new, installed / re installed, used the HP online troubleshooting tool, checked and rechecked the settings and im done... I can't understand, please, please, please help its driving me crazy... I want to just print stuff!

  Windows 7 If this can help, tried to disable the firewall and security but still no luck.

  PS I'm thick enough when it comes to computors or ' why do manufacturers computor automatically assumes that you are a world-class programmer when it comes to pooters.
