  Hello everyone I found the solution to this problem of Bluetooth. First of all, I want to share the essue of Blutooth hand in windows 8.1.

  History is actually a bit interesting: Microsoft has fixed a bug in the rollup of November which exposed a bug previously hidden in Bluetooth drivers for Ralink/Mediatek, resulting in all the world with a fully-updated Windows 8.1 and Ralink bluetooth (very common in low price/low-end systems) to BSoD unless the bumps users to a system restore point before updates of November. So yes, there are sometimes dangers for fixing bugs.

  Basic requirements:

  1. all drivers for HP laptop, BIOS and windows 8.1 implemented to date with the latest updates.
  

  File Requirements:

  1 8.1 Windows file update kb2917488 - x 64 (download link)

  I stumbled upon your post on the laptop and wanted to help you! I saw your question about your HP Pavilion Notebook 15-n010tx and the problem with drivers for Bluetooth and Windows 10. Here istroubleshooting when drivers are not yet available.

  Have you tried to update the currently installed driver in Device Manager?

  In Device Manager try to select search for new hardware.

  Here is a link to the HP Support Assistant, if you need it. It has a support assistant inside the wireless network which may help you.

  The updated drivers will be posted as available. We see them regularly updated. I would check with your drivers page.

  I understand that looking for a Broadcom Bluetooth driver for Windows 8.1 to your HP Pavilion dv6-1030us Entertainment Notebook PC. Now HP has no drivers Windows 8.1 for this laptop.

  However, I found this Bluetooth Driver Broadcom for Microsoft Windows which may or may not work for you. All you can do is try, I can't guarantee that it will work.

  After updating Windows 10 with the release of the fall/TH2, I get the message at startup which "Realtek driver for bluetooth has been removed because it is not compatible" or words to that effect. Realtek page does not seem to have any driver bluetooth downloads, HP support assistant finds no new software update driver/bluetooth and I don't see not all the drivers on the HP Web site either, so I'm stuck. Any help appreciated.

  Problem seems to have been resolved since Windows 10 update KB3118754. Phone won't always sync but the error message about the Realtek driver/app bluettoth ceased to appear and I can now transfer files but using the manual method "receiving files."

  the only thing you can check if the WiFi module is shared witht the module BT, try to uninstall the WiFi card, reboot, and check about the yellow exclamation points.
