  2. Remember to make changes on the computer before the show?

  3. What is the exact error / popup you get when you open the mail application?

  If you cannot open Internet Explorer or if it opens briefly and then closes, the problem may be caused by lack of memory, or corrupted or missing system files. Reboot your PC to erase the memory and then open Internet Explorer by itself.

  Since it's Windows 7, look under the section: fix it myself (since the "Fix it for me" part is Win Vista only)
