Would it be a problem I use a mobile internet device I plug into a USB port?  I read that iTunes needs to port 80 or port 443, and I have no idea what I have with a mobile internet connection, which is a connection of the port numbers Vodaphone. (I travel a lot). Does anyone know what I need to do to complete the installation? I have not yet set up an account with Apple's iTunes or the legends of hearing impaired which is part of the installation.  I really want to restore the ipod to factory settings and reinstall due to do not do these two things, but I can't even do that when I click on "Restore" and ask that 'the parameters that it will NOT be saved' (as I want to go back) but once again just iTunes freezes.  Can someone help this Granny for the iPod facing up and running please with a good connection to iTunes and an active account?   Using MS Sync something won't solve your problem. Normally, you need iTunes to transfer music/videos etc. to and from iPods, phones etc. keys. Or you can buy the 3rd plugins for WMP, such as MGTEK Dropsi.

  Your problem is that the iPod nano seems to be frozen, I would try to leave a post on the Apple site as its more a problem for them than Ms. You need to find on how to make a plant of re - put in order for UN - gel you Nano.

  Did you never properly installed an older version (not the latest version) of the Adobe Reader software for iOS on iPod Touch using your ID before Apple?  If you have never installed Adobe Reader using the particular Apple ID, he can explain why you get the dialog box with the OK button (i.e. no download button).

  Here's what you can do to experience.  (I don't know if it would work.  "But it's worth a try).

  1. On your iPod Touch, check the Apple ID you use for the App Store (settings > iTunes & App Store).
  2. On your computer, Windows or Mac, open iTunes.
  3. Connect to iTunes using the same Apple ID you use for your iPod Touch.
  4. Find Adobe Reader and download it to your computer.  Do not try to install it on your iPod Touch because the latest version is not compatible with your iPod Touch in any case.  Now, Adobe Reader is associated with your Apple ID.  It is important step to be able to download a compatible version on your iPod Touch more later.
  5. Return to your iPod Touch and repeat the steps described in my answer #1.

  Looks like you already tried iTunes on your computer.  Please go back to your iPod Touch and try to install Adobe Reader using the same Apple ID again.

  I understand that you get an error code 43 for your iPod touch. I understand the inconvenience.
