First of all make sure you disable / disconnect in order to save the number of activations.

Click the help menu, and then select disable / disconnect .

Then you can uninstall in Control Panel uninstall process as normal.

  • After cancellation of Windows 10, still getting notificiation at system level to Windows 10. ("your upgrade is ready, you must now restart to install... »)

    Hi all

I have a problem with my system which concerns the upgrade of Windows 10 - I agreed to download, and then decided to not put at level I like Windows 7 as-is. Windows 10 then installed himself anyway after I didn't say thank you, and after giving it a try I rolled back to Windows 7 because of the 10 interfering with my internet protocols and prevent net access.

HOWEVER, now that I'm back on Windows 7 I always get Windows 10 update notice ("your upgrade is ready, you must now restart to install... "), and Windows update will only say it has downloaded 10 and I need to reboot... I uninstalled the update of KB3035583 according to online recommendations to stop this, but my Windows Update still says that it needs to restart the upgrade, despite the fact that the upgrade has already been installed, restored, then uninstalled and is basically not wanted. Windows Update issues are of no assistance (cannot find a problem and does not have a relevant help topic as far as I can find), and because he insists on an immediate reboot I can't seem to access the more updated list to find a solution. I actually tried to restart the computer, but this results in the same situation - 10 Windows is always uninstalled (thank God), but Windows 7 is still give me urgently install and restart notifications for what I can't get rid of.

I'm sure I can't be the only person having this problem, but I can't find any info online (all I found is on the way to restore, rather than how to deal with the consequences). At the moment it's like I'm working with Malware, which really is not what I expected from Windows normally and honestly, isn't hard enough.

    In summary:

10 installed Windows, then restored to 7.

Windows 7 update still wants to install 10 Windows and locks in trying to restart.

Restart affect anything, as does cleaning registry or try to uninstall the previous updates.

As far as I know, it means that I don't get updates to Windows 7 in the meantime.

As it is, I'm really worried about the State in which the company Windows 10 has left my system and no matter what help he is serving my system and updating so that Windows 7 can return to normal again would be very greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for your time.

  • Computer does not level to windows 10

    Hi all

I ' v tried in vain to upgrade to Windows 10. After conversations with Dell and MS support I don't know where to go from here.

I am using a Dell XPS 8500 computer. Running an i7-3770 3.4 GHz with 16 GB of ram. After speaking with MS supports, it seems that my product ID is locked and does not allow me to upgrade, MS said that Dell could unlock. Dell support was trying to talk to me b/c upgrade that it would mess with their bloatware that I had already uninstalled anyway. They also said that they would never close a product ID of upgrade.

I don't know what to do to be able to upgrade to windows 10. I have it on my laptop and love it, and I really want to get out of Windows 7.

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    Jay

  • Need for an updated LEVEL of Windows 7 disk

I have a Win Upgrade of the disk, I used two times to refresh my pc. Works well. The last time I did it, I had a few problems with power install Microsoft .net Framework 4.x. try 3 times with the same effect. I need another good disk to upgrade. Where can I get a. I know that I can download an iso from Microsoft and install to burn a disc, but I think that would allow only a cleaning. I can't do it. Lose too many programs that are not backed up. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I don't think that .net framework (not 4) is part of the burden of win7.  It's Windows update.

  • Windows 7 to 10, at level + booking windows. FREE?

If I download windows 10 update on microsoft.com and upgrade to windows 7 to 10 windows will I get my free windows of booking or...?

OK, now I know what you're talking about. I honestly don't know if you can just copy the product key (to see, open Control Panel, click System and it will be at the bottom of the screen in a few seconds) and once you have finished formatting, use the same product Code or not. There will be a risk. Under normal circumstances, I wouldn't worry, because it is the original product key, but with you the upgrade already, you have a new product key and I don't know if it will work this way or not. If you knew you need to do a factory reset before you upgrade, you should have to do it then. I personally did a factory reset on 28, the day before the upgrade was publicly available, and I did all the 200 + updates and still have the upgrade.

If you make a Reinitialis factory now, I might suggest is exemplary of the new product key (I mentioned above how to access it) down and give it a try, but I can't promise that it will work or not.
