Bluetooth dongle driver problem
Hi all
I have been using the Microsoft Optical Desktop Elite for Bluetooth (keyboard/mouse combo) for many years. Recently, the USB Bluetooth dongle has stopped working. I checked in Device Manager and I can't see what follows: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) »
When I check the details of the driver, it indicates that no driver files have been loaded for the device. Then I tried to update the driver, but automatic and manual searches have not found anything. I connected my laptop with the dongle and it works fine. Based on the details of the driver of the laptop, I was able to identify the drivers and is returned and found on my desktop, but nothing helped. I feel I tried most of the suggestions online, but the Bluetooth still does not work on the desktop.
Anyone else have similar problems or know how to fix this problem? Thank you.
The system databases:
Windows 7 Ultimate
64-bit operating system
Hello Eric,
Thank you for the update.
What I wanted was to check updates when you connect the Bluetooth dongle and check if Windows Update find any update for the device under the update option. If it finds one, you can install the update and check.
However, as you have said that your Windows is fully updated. Just to test, try to use the same dongle in any other Windows 7 computer (if possible) and check if it works.
Let us know the result.
Thank you.

Satellite C660-108 does not start if the USB Bluetooth dongle connected
Hiya,
I hope you could help me.
I'm having a problem with my dongle bluetooth and satellite c660-108.
It all works perfectly. It connects devices via bluetooth and I can do whatever I want. But then when I'm mobile stop and turn it on again it will go if the bluetooth dongle is always in the USB.
I see Toshiba screen and then it hangs with a black screen and a cursor flashing at the top left.
I have to turn it off, remove the bluetooth dongle and then turn it back on.
And then windows starts. After that, I put in bluetooth dongle, once again I want to work with her.It isn't a huge problem, but it is a bit annoying when I have to leave the bluetooth and put it back again to get the windows began.
I'm running under win 8.1 but he already had with 8 victory.Anyone any ideas?
> I see Toshiba screen and then it hangs with a black screen and a cursor flashing at the top left.
Especially the blinking cursor is displayed because the laptop can not find a boot device. It seems that the device cannot put on the HARD drive while the USB dongle is connected.
I would recommend you check the boot order in the BIOS.Put the HARD drive in the first place and the USB boot last device.
Save changes and check if it helps. -

Replacement of Bluetooth dongle
These days I used a Bluetooth mouse with my laptop and today Bluetooth integrated inside the laptop stop working and in Device Manager it is a device says "Invalid device descriptor."
Actually I don't mind if the internal Bluetooth doesn't work, but when I try to plug a Bluetooth dongle into a USB port, it reminds me of the Bluetooth to the system tray, but when I try to find / bind to a device, he finds no device.
I ran a repair of Windows... Here is the PrintOut of it in a PDF file
Thank you
IsaacP.S. I tried to use a system restore point fairly soon after internal Bluetooth stop working, and it didn't fix it.
I also tried the Bluetooth dongle & mouse with another portable job and it's good... so this isn't the problem.
It's working now. I unplugged my Bluetooth Dongle and then uninstalled all the entries of Generic Bluetooth Radio by going to Device Manager and clicking on see-> see the devices hidden and then right click on all inputs, I wanted to uninstall, and then click on uninstall. (I had several Generic Bluetooth Radio entries because I tried to use my dongle in several USB ports).
I also uninstalled my mouse under the Bluetooth section in Device Manager.
Then reboot twice (maybe once would have been enough, I don't know).
A strange thing that happened is that my internal Bluetooth device will recover in Device Manager (such as Qualcomm, Atheros AR3012 adapter Bluetooth (r))... it seems to be functional, but I try to connect anything; instead I immediately disabled it in the Device Manager by clicking it and clicking disable.
After that I did a reboot just to be safe.
So I think that I tried to plug my Bluetooth Dongle. It installed and appears in Device Manager.
Then I tried to connect my Bluetooth mouse and it has failed several times, so I took batteries it was for about a minute, then that it would reset. Then tried again and it worked.
Yay, I think in the future I'll always disable internal Bluetooth in computers and simply use a dongle... If the internal Bluetooth had not shown in Device Manager, I wonder if I would have been able to turn it off in all. Whereas the dongles Bluetooth can always be disconnected if the computer does not know.
Thanks for your help, I couldn't have kept trying to do stuff in the Device Manager if you had not suggested it.
Unfortunately, I can not mark my post as the answer...
If you have any other questions (or want newspapers), just ask, I'll keep control this thread for a few days.

Pavilion DV7-4270us: Windows 7 cannot locate bluetooth device drivers
Hello:
Windows 7 can not find the drivers for the bluetooth headset.
Any suggestions?
Thank you.
Hi Jkhjr,
There are 2 possible solutions to install the Bluetooth driver.
You can install 'Broadcom 2070 Bluetooth software and driver' and see if the bluetooth appears in Device Manager. If this isn't the case, please unisntall it and try with ' Ralink/Motorola Bluetooth Adapter Driver. You can find these drivers in this link:
Select the option "expand all" and with ctrl + f search for bluetooth.
Hope this helps. !!

Hello
I just bought a HP latptop and I re - format and installed the Windows 7 Pro 64-bit to 32-bit operating system. After that the new OS has started normally, I can't load all the driver even I have download from the HP Web site. Is - this model does support Windows 7 Pro 32 bit? I really need help cause most of my application that runs on 32 bit.
Hello:
You should be able to run W7 32-bit on your model, but it won't be easy to find the drivers.
First, install the Intel chipset driver and restart.
Then, install the Intel HD graphics driver and restart.
Then install the reboot and the graphics driver nVidia.
http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/73783/en-us
Then, install the audio driver and restarted. Accept the agreement, download and install the first driver on the list.
Ethernet: Download and install the driver for the second on the list.
USB 3.0:
IMEI:
Card reader:
Webcam:
To map wireless and bluetooth, do like this...
Go to Device Manager and click on the network controller needing drivers.
Then click on the Details tab at the top of the control of the network window.
Now, you see a drop-down list of property and it is set by default to the Description of the unit.
Drop down on it and select the second item in the list (Hardware ID).

Series Officejet 6310/bt450: Connectivity Bluetooth dongle for HP printer
My printer works via bluetooth using a dongle bluetooth for the printer and another computer bluetooth dongle. It was very well under windows vista.
Upgrade Windows 10, HP says no windows 10 for dongles which are product HP BT450 driver.
However the dongle at the end of the computer has installed and driver update says best drivers installed but I get device not yet started in the device at the end of the computer Manager, with the code 10.
(note - the printer itself has installed fine for the USB cable with 10 windows, but it is designed to allow the USB cable to be removed and replaced with bluetooth by inserting the dongle so expected HP to provide a bluetooth solution as they provided for the printer HP used on windows 10).
Any suggestions?
Thanks for your reply but I know all this and said so in my post.
Is the windows compatibillty 10 says this printer is very well under windows 10 and it installed ok under usb cable 10, download the correct drivers and software HP Windows. So must be always work via bt dongles and HP says nothing about this function is lost.
I bought this model because of the bluetooth feature not because of connectivity USB cable you could get on any printer... If the bluetooth feature was to be lost under windows 10 that should have been included in the compatibility list as it is / was a little important features. Maybe HP could indicate if bluetooth is interrupted, so others assume they can always use this pinter.
I have now managed to install the printer using the computer, rather than the adapter BT450 bluetooth to connect to the printer. It is interesting that the BT450 adapter in the printer works perfectly! This is for the very old kit! This thread can be closed.

Cannot enable bluetooth dongle on, get a code 10 or 43
I recently bought a couple of bluetooth dongles, the first was an iogear that I continued to get an error telling me to install drivers, even after that I got. It would not work with the software of my blackberry, so I got another one that is a CSR bluetooth usb micro adapter. This would be to use the generic drivers, but then would not turn, when you run the Microsoft Fix It I kept getting an error message stating "Windows has detected a problem with Generic Bluetooth Radio" so I can't operate at all. I tried to update the drivers in Device Manager, but he says that it is up-to-date.

Bluetoothe Dongle with Win 7 PC
Hello
After reading a number of the messages and help elements and also note that some menu options (in Control Panel) in help... articles which exist on my pc... seems that I need to add this addiitonal question.
The dongle that I use has recently replaced (although it may be defective).
The drivers have been updated (via the Control Panel, devices)
A dongle is listed in the devices list (previous or current... not sure).
However I can not or do not have the ability to send by bluetooth from the directory under "my bluetooth".
I have previously (prior dongle) has been able to send and receive... However this has stopped since then. That's when I replaced the dongle.
I tried to add or configure through 'add a device', however (possibly due to a dongle already and despite the change in usb ports)... it does not detect a new.
Purplexing a little and appreciate any suggestions or advise.

I am installing a CSR Bluetooth Dongle v2.0 compatible v 1.2 on a Dell XPS 8500 using Windows 7 Service Pack 1, but when I click on the "Properties" tab and check "Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer" then click "Apply" the following error message:

Hi Peter,.
The thing is to uninstall all previous drivers from Device Manager (do not remove them, just right click on each category bluetooth device then unisntall them) you can also do it from the control panel. It won't be installed by itself after the reboot. Try it by following the links below

Why did my installation as a Bluetooth dongle card network, not as a COM port?
Hello
I have been using a Bluetooth dongle to talk on a line series with an Arduino via Bluetooth. When I plug my dongle to a computer, it has been installing the dongle on the ports COM 5 and 6 COM, which is exactly what I want. But recently, when I plug it into a computer, it has been installing drivers and other things and he eventually set up as a "network card" and presents itself as a Bluetooth (Personal Area Network) device and the device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI). The Bluetooth device does not appear in the list of the COM ports. I have attached a picture of this.
Do you know why it is this way installing all of a sudden, and how I can get it to be recognized on the COM port?
Thank you!
