  Afternoon everyone,

  I try to have a surface of form/text which, once implemented to date, appears on another page of the same site. I just need some general advice on how to get there and seem to get myself more confused I search!

  It will be used for a bulletin board feature - a person will update the online form on a single page (which will be password protected) then everyone else can see the information of the online form displayed on the page "Bulletin Board".

  I've been looking at Spry options and forms of text box, and then click online forms processing sites, but I think I do more complicated it must be.

  Could someone give me general advice which direction to go please? Any help at all would be much appreciated

  You will need a language server side, programming (php, asp, coldfusion,...) to process form data and a database on the server side, or at the very least, a text whose form data file are filled with web pages.  What programming languages does your server support?

• Monitoring Server tools - advice, guidance, help please

  First off let me say ESXI is incredible and flat works great!  I am an essential when it comes to vmware and I just finished the upgrade/migration of our entire company in a store of SBS2000 Server 2008 Standard THAT VM hosted in ESXI.  Let me tell you, configure ESXI hosts was the easiest part of this together lol.  I'm looking for a tool that can monitor the ESXI hosts and send alerts by e-mail/sms and or potentially stop VM.  For example: Say the air conditioner died an extremely hot day weekend and our machines are overheated.  Y at - it a tool that will alert via smtp/sms and initiate the command stop to our VM and then host PMs?  I am that it is difficult to understand how this is possible because I don't see how the software could run in a virtual machine and access "to the" actual conditions ESXI host material...  At least I'm looking for a tool that can send by e-mail/sms alerts if there is a problem then I'd be able to address the issue before any damage occurred.

  We currently have two hosts ESXI 4.0 on Dell PowerEdge T610 servers.  I used the ESXI version specifically for Dell servers (if that helps).

  Three virtual machines, two Server 2008 Standard, and Server 2008 R2.  If you know all the tools that would allow me to achieve what I mentioned above I would be very happy.  I did a good amount of research on the web but not found a solution that meets all our needs still.  It can be opened or payware.

  You seem to be using the Developer edition / Aurora pre-release version, which creates a new profile after installation or update on the Aurora channel. Open Options > general and check or uncheck the box at the top that says allow Firefox Developer Edition and Firefox to run at the same time. Once you restart [as to] you will 'switch' on the other profile, where your bookmarks are - If all goes well.

  If you don't like "updates", why do you use a version alpha-2 who receives an update every day?

  I know the below door on an old PC and an old OS, but I'm happy with both and they meet my needs.

  I had a recent power cut at home while my PC is turned on. Everything was going well after the restart except the network drivers, who have apparently disappeared?

  Record the serial number of the PC to the HP Web site, I learned that the installed network chip is an Intel 62566 DM-2. I therefore downloaded the driver appropriate to HP (SP51782) package and tried to update the driver without result. I also tried to download the drivers from Intel owners with the same result! That's always what I see in Device Manager:

• Better understanding of the IVI COM adapters

  I found a lot of very incomplete information on IVI COM adapters and how they work. Most of the items or the forum thread I found generally include a 'magical' stage that I can't overcone on mine, where my ad here.

  I want to know is this:

  1. say, I have a C IVI driver, is possible to use these "IVI COM maps' in a way that I can use only the IVI COM specification (in other words, having a wrapper COM of IVI for IVI C)?

  2. If Yes, could someone provide me with advice/guidance on how should I do to achieve this?

  The information that I have collected seemed to me that it works on the other hand. To be clear, what I want to do is to download a C IVI driver and find a way to it using the specification of IVI COM (if possible)

  IVI - COM adapters are used to transmit information from class IVI - C drivers to the specific IVI - COM driver. You need adapters IVI - COM if your application is written using class IVI - C drivers and you can only access specific drivers IVI - COM (instead of specific drivers IVI - C).

  NOR is not a tool to create COM - IVI wrappers for IVI - C drivers. You should probably contact the tool vendor to check if they have IVI - COM driver for your instrument.

• Simultaneous I and AO and tracing

  I need to simultaneously produce as well as save the entry for a task of analog voltage. I used the Clock.vi Multi-Function-Synch-AI-AO-Same available in the examples of Labview. I could read only the analog input signal but could not read the voltage I got out, I need this information I want to compare the two signals to the temporal variation and amplitude reductions occurring between the input and the output.

  The next step, I would add 3 channels (against only one in the above case and use I generate forms in 3 waves) on the same side for analog output 6259 and 3 channels on another Board 6221 for analog input and compare the entries and exits.

  I don't understand "I could read only the analog input signal but could not read the voltage that I pulled out." In general, the way to read the analog output is to connect it to an entry since you can read the entries, you need to add the channels of analog loopback.

  Adding channels to an existing task is just a question of specifying in the control of physical channel or the DAQ Assistant. You will need to use a separate task on the Council. There are examples of mulit-feature that you can watch.

• Installation/uninstallation of Windows software is not available or is installed incorrectly.

  10 days ago, I had a crash on my computer then download a new antivirus package last of McAfee. I deleted the files altered the antivirus.

  Since my installation/uninstallation of Windows software has stopped working with 'not available message' I use Revo uninstaller, to remove the software from the hard drive and I cannot install the software with the window Setup.

  Does anyone know how to remove a corrupt Windows install and install new software?

  As another consequence of the foregoing, Windows Update does not work all of the updates fail to install on multiplle automatic updates - even after using Microsoft Fixit Center. To try to solve this problem, I uninstalled packages network 4, 3.5 and 3 in reverse order with the intention of re - install. Unfortunately I'm not able to accomplish this task using Windows Update-"all the priority updates are 0 bytes

  All the specific details to remove and re - install the Windows Update software from the hard drive files. I've completed this task a few years ago, following instructions from Microsoft Support, but I do not have that information now.

  I suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps.

  Method 1: Unregister and register the Windows Setup program again

  (a) click Start, run, type MSIEXEC /Unregister. and then click OK. Even if you do it right, it may seem that nothing is happening.

  (b) click Start, click Run, type MSIEXEC/REGSERVER, and then click OK. Even if you do it right, it may seem that nothing happens, or you can briefly see an hourglass. After you run this command, the operation is complete.

  Method 2: Run check file system (CFS) analyses and checks to see if it helps.

  File system (CFS) Checker

  Note: System File Checker allows an administrator to analyze the files all protected to check their versions.   Background

  I have a laptop and desktop PC - both running Windows XP Home (version 2002).  I haven't used the old office for about 2 years (that I bought a new desktop computer with Windows Vista) - but I still use the laptop.

  The laptop works ok but often is very slow and freezes, lose its connection wireless internet in the process.

  Re my old desktop PC (Intel, Pentium IV processor)

  As mentioned above, I haven't used it for a few years but I plan to give my father to use.  Before that, I would like to clean your PC of all content, and then install the latest software for him either Vista or even Windows 7.  I understand that it is possible, but would appreciate some advice/guidance on this operation.   I also want to know if the PC is able to run the latest software?  If not, how can I clean cleaned inside and reinstalled the XP software?

  As to whether the laptop or desktop can run everything except XP, you have to go the computer mftr. Web sites and see if there are drivers for Vista or Win7. If it does not exist or the computer mftr. States that XP is supported on the machine, just use XP. You also need to know if your computers meet the requirements of system for Vista/Win7.

  I recently bought an Inspiron 531. I've updated the map graphics and ram. Now, the slowest thing is the processor. What type of AMD I, and is it scalable?  I see other 531 there with faster processors + 5600.  Is this possible on my mobo?  In addition, what is the diffrence between Brisbane / processors of Windsor?   The installation program will now begin installation. During installation, your computer will be restarted several times.

  Once the installation is complete, you can complete the Out of Box experience as the choice of your laptop, create a username, password, your time zone. You can then proceed to download the latest updates for Windows and reinstall your applications and drivers.

  You can then retrieve your personal files from the Windows.old folder and reinstall all of your applications and drivers.

• Dell Open Manage - application compatibility

  First post here. I work for a large company and I am the 'rookie' of the service infrastructure. The company I represent have about 500 sites which about 85% have installed Dell Power Edge 310 servers. We seek to deploy Dell Open manage through the estate to monitor the performance of the server etc etc. I had to know if we could use it on other server brands, such as Fujitsu, HP and IBM.  In our data center, we use HP servers.

  So my question is could we use Dell manage open on other servers from manufacturers? And we could use it with the ILO? I know other programs of management software for the likes of HP etc etc, but as you can see I am, to say the least, a bit out of my depth.

  Any help/advice/guidance would be greatly appreciated.

  No, OMSA works on Dell supported running OS servers.  In other words, that it will work on:

  • non-Dell servers
  • If other computers (including Dell)
  • Servers not made Dell supported operating systems (client OS (XP, V, 7, 8), including the lack of Service Packs)
