  In this case your digital edition are very good. Maybe this is a download only for a single device. Ask the dealer to the eBooks to check the authorization of the eBook.

  1. Open Adobe Digital Wditions.
  2. Press command + shift + D to Deauthorize Adobe Digital Editions.
  3. Select clear authorization.
  4. Click OK and exit the Adobe Digital Editions software.
  5. Navigate to / Users / / Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions and drag the activation.dat file to the trash.
     If you use 10.7, see library access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 and later.
  6. Open Adobe Digital Editions and reauthorize.

  1. Close all applications.
  2. Click Start > run.
  3. Open, type regedit in the text box and press ENTER. The Registry Editor opens.
  4. In the left pane of the registry editor, locate the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adept
  5. Select the key of the follower.
  6. Choose file > export.
  7. In the export registry file dialog box, select the branch selected under export range. Enter a name and location for the backup registry key, and then click Save.
  8. Right click on the key to the follower, and then choose Remove.
  9. In the dialog box confirm the key deletion, click OK.
  10. Close the registry editor.
  11. Open Adobe Digital Editions and reauthorize.

  I am trying to download the licenses for some ebooks renewed for my Kobo via public library they will import not in Adobe Digital Editions. I get the following error message: "Error getting license. "License server communication problem: E_IO_cannot_open" error message. At the same time, I get 1 "shadow" copy of 2 pounds and 4 copies of the third book added to my library of adobe digital editions. I call them a "cliché" because they are hiding on my shelf ADE but I can't do anything with them. When I delete one of my library, they all disappear. They seem to all be related somehow.

  Before you try to download the ebooks renewed, I deleted all of my library of ADE, erased my browser, internet cache so that my laptop clock has been set at Edmonton zone (I usually have on the time zone of the client I work with) then restarted my browser and connected to epl ebooks. I have also uninstalled/reinstalled the software.

  I use windows 8.1 and Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.126523 and the SeaMonkey browser. I can't find a place to update ADE software ADE, so I guess that it is up-to-date.

  My Kobo ereader and the installation of the ADE are less than four weeks, so it's the first time I tried to renew anything.

  Since this problem started, I am also unable to download any new epub library books. I hesitate to link the Kobo as has happened in the case that I also lose access to the books I'm reading.

  Any ideas on how I can fix this?

  The work around works of Jean.  It would be nice if Adobe provided a real difficulty however.

  I have ADE installed 4.03.  The problem will occur as soon as that ADE is closed and reopened.    It takes so the patch every time allows you to download a book ADE.

  1. for Overdrive - select a book and click Download. -pop - up - select - Save file. - under the open with select - acsm_auto_file - download the file of social mobilization in your download directory.

  2. expand the Explorer open the file - go up to the OS (c)-

  -go to Program files (x 86) - enlarge

  -to enlarge Adobe

  -go to Adobe Digital Editions and the left click.

  -On the right part of the screen right click on Digitaleditions.exe.

  Hello, I managed to solve my problem of E_STREAM_ERROR regarding the Google Play ebook. The short answer is to use ADE 4.0.3.

  When I met the problem of the E_STREAM_ERROR, it is with ADE 2.0.67532 on Windows 7 (and this had no problem handling the Kobo CMHA, OverDrive files, open a library and a sample epub BCAM from Adobe itself). This is why I would not upgrade my 2.0.67532 to the last 4.0.3. Instead, I used another Windows 7 PC and installed ADE 4.0.3. On my first try, I allowed the 4.0.3 without ID, and there was an error E-GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED. I then allowed with the Adobe-same ID * as my 2.0.67532 PC. It worked as I could get my epub from Google.

  As I don't expect a response from Adobe technical support, I guess that now Google license servers do not work with Adobe 2.0.3. I hope this will help you solve your problem - at least to get your ebook in ADE first.

  However, I would be careful replacing 4.0.3 of my 2.0.67532 I wouldn't be surprised if the latest version will not work with other suppliers of epub for social mobilization. For me the upgrade to the latest version of the software is never the best solution - it could solve a problem, but creates another.

  Note: * I understand that you can authorize up to a total of six computers with the same Adobe ID. Not sure that this policy is still standing.

  After the stop & a few reboots of license server, my license works again.

  Seems, it was a "personal matter" between me a license, since only my license server refused to work...

  You have licenses based on the user or computer
  licenses? From your description, looks like you have several
  licenses based on users and multiple training computers where windows
  usernames are all identical. Is this correct? If that's the case then
  You should be able to grant a license in volume for this username but it
  you won't concede more than one license under the same name. Change
  LabVIEW settings will not solve this that this problem concerns more with Windows
  and VLM. To resolve this problem, you can either go in windows and create
  new usernames or you can call and we could you spent to get
  computer license and you should be good to go.

The TS are iss device by installing licenses. Local group policy is not configured on each ts. The strange thing is that I can't find the option to license type within the domain group strategy, however, I suspect that this is the problem as when I go through the configuration in the RD Licensing Manager system indicates that the license server will be able to issue per user Cal.
