  You have KMS license in effect for your Windows 7 Machines.  If this isn't the case, that is the question.

  You have 4 options:

  Option 1: Get KMS licenses in place for Microsoft Win7. -by far the easiest.

  Option 2: Use SYSPREP instead of QuickPrep

  Option 3: Add 1 at a time and activate the link manually clones b4 customization finishes - pain in the rear. Or be creative if it's your test env.

  Option 4: Hack the key "reg" activate this supossedly a composer. Here is the info:

  HKLMsystem/CurrentControlSet/services/vmware-viewcomposer-ga/SkipLicenseActivation to '1'.

  Of course the Win7 Office will be up to the period-eval evaluation mode expires but can be useful in a temporary unit or POC.

  The foregoing is not tested I tried it in my environment but do not know if it works because I don't want to mess with my installing any further until my POC is complete.  But it seems to work.  I found no key but went ahead and created.  Seems to work.

  Well, it's pretty easy. Software license activation dialog box does not mean that the VMware View Manager licenses or of himself, that say Windows 7 activation / license. You must use Windows 7 KMS / Volume licenses for the composer of the view.

  I have coorinate software and systems for children charity. As part of our training program, we have a classroom of computers we use to teach children computer science, programming, and various applications. We receive donations of computers form specific and companies we use to equip this classroom.

  We received a gift of several computers to a graphic design company who have an older version of the Creative Suite installed.

  I would like to know if we could legally use the software from adobe installed on these computers. Our intension is to use these computers in our classroom for students.

  These are traversed computers so that the machines they use in their production environment have newer versions of CS on which is installed.

  If you would execute in potential legal problems using the software for our classes I only put in and we will eventually buy new licenses of the software or go with an alternative (we'd love to teach kids about adobe products, but they are a bit exaggerated price for teaching middle school age children), but it is possible to use the software that would be fantastic.

  Any ideas would be appreicated.

  Hello Chris, thank you very much for your work on behalf of the charity for children.  It might be very good (and authorized), but the best way to proceed is to re-establish contact with donors and ask them to legally transfer Adobe software to your organization...  It costs nothing, except a bit of paperwork.  If it works, then you should be completely in the clear.  Good luck and hope this helps!

  Scan feature did not work. I use a 64 bit of Windows Dell 8.1 System. Troubleshooting said I had to download the full software. I downloaded from HP as shown with success. I uninstalled the old software HP, then restarted the computer. Then I tried to install the new full features software downloaded. The installation wizard appears, and the software files are checked. The software tries to find my device and soon comes up with a message saying that I need to download the full features software (again, that I am in a loop). Now I can't print because I uninstalled the software I used before I tried to fix the scan.  Help, please.

  Welcome to the HP Forums.

  I see that you have a problem with the installation of the printer to your computer Windows 8.1.

  I have a few steps we can try to solve this problem of troubleshooting.

  I'll give you a series of documents and tools to use to remove the old software and drivers as well as the updated software and drivers via a download.

  First of all, please make sure that you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a bar/power strip. Here is a document that uses a LaserJet printer for example, but it is intended for HP products in general. Please click the link which explains the problems when connected to an uninterruptible power supply/Strip/surge protector power.

  If you have the printer connected to the computer with a usb cable, please remove the USB from the printer and the computer and leave it disconnected until further notice.

  The first link, I will give you is for HP Officejet software and driver removal utility.  Please save the file to your desktop as it creates it's own icon.  It will be easy to find when the download is complete.  Double-click the new icon and follow the instructions.

  Once the uninstall is complete, reboot the computer.

  When the computer is powered on, please go and disable the firewall or anti anti-virus until the relocation is complete.

  The next step, we are going to do is download and register HP Officejet full feature and driver software on the desktop.  This will still create it's own icon.

  Double-click the new icon and follow the instructions for installation.  The installation will prompt you as to connect the usb cable (if this is the type of connection you want us) so please do not connect before hand.

  If you see error 0xC004F061 when you try to activate Windows 8, this means that you are using a product key for an upgrade of Windows 8 version and a previous version of Windows wasn't on your PC when Windows 8 was installed. To install a Windows 8 upgrade version, you must already have Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP installed on your PC.

  If you have formatted the drive until the upgrade of Windows 8 version has been installed, you will not be able to use your upgrade product key to activate Windows 8. To activate Windows 8, you will need to install your previous version of Windows, and then reinstall Windows 8. Help with the activation process, contact technical support.

  Adobe licenses should be transferred when changing users. Transfer the license allows the owner to register the software to their name again. Both the author of the transfer of the license and the recipient must complete a transfer of license form. The serial number of the product must be registered in the Adobe profile of the transferor to transfer the license. You must qualify under license transfer policy.
