Light behind the objects

Howdy,

I was wondering how I could get light to watch as he came from behind my items? The closest things I found in my research are several years old and I was wondering if the CS6 had a new way to do it? The lights would also be able to cast shadows in the forground of my objects? All the elements are on another layer, in case you were wondering.

Try changing the transmission of the light to the wall and the floor.  As for your odd effect...  When working with 3D layers in the hierarchy is no longer is in the way he would do it while you are working with 2D layers.  It doesn't matter which layer is up or down in the timeline panel.  Only you place layers in 3D space.  Most likely, the reason why the body background disappears because the word is physically concealing it.  If you have set up your monitor for both points of view, we discover your active camera and the other a custom camera, you can move your camera in 3D space to get a better look on exactly how your layers are placed in the 3D space.  Press c repeatedly to get a variety of different tools to move your custom camera.  Here is a screenshot of a common facility that I use to work in 3D.  I hope this helps and is not repeat things you already know.

I guess this feature without doubt not will be part of Lightroom because of the non-destructive nature publishing. Is that programs like Photoshop are for. But I don't speak for Adobe, because I do not work for them, and I did not all understand what are their plans for the future.

  • Balancing the source of artificial light behind the temple

    Hi all

Creating an HDR image, I reached this magnificent result which contains, however, an artifact that I want to eliminate.

Looks like it's a source of light behinde the temple, but there is none. I want it to appear completely normal, with the sky changes not at all close to the left and to the right of the temple.

Can what tools I use to achieve this? I tried the dynamism and saturation but am very disappointed with the result... I also available Photoshop so please tell me if that would be better suited for this task.

This is commonly called a halo. You will notice that the effect is also on the horizon.

The common solution is to reduce some of the effects of treatment in the HDR treatment.

  • Insert the image on the slide behind the objects 'slide '.

    Hello

I use Cap 5.5. I created a template of slides with a banner of upper and lower curves. (image imported into Photoshop layers).

On each normal slide, I want to insert a background image which is located behind the master slide banners objects (resizing of the image on the use of normal size, click and drag is not possible because of the curved lines on the banners). I can't find a way to do this. (apart from copy and paste banners on every normal slide)

On the normal slides the 'Master slide items at the top' is not checked.

Each object on the model of slides by using the reorganize option makes no difference.

No idea how to do this?

    Thank you

    Donal.

I use a blade master Knockout in this case: master slide covered with an image that has a transparent part in which the image of 'background' can be mounted.

Long ago I described the workflow:

    http://blog.lilybiri.com/create-and-use-a-knockout-master-slide

Another possibility is to place banners on the first slide and their time for the rest of the project (with the option always on top verified)

  • The cursor that appears behind the object of Description

    Untitled.png

Above is a photo of a list box dropdown loded with values. ID like to have so when you mouse over the drop-down list, a stationary descripition of the value of the mouse is currently on appears on the display. I it is complete for the most part... goal as you can see, the description displayed behind the drop-down list. "Ive tried this.setChildIndex (textDescription, this.numChildren - 1)" and no luck. Is there a way I can get there?

Definition of the index of depth to 1 is not likely to solve the problem.  index (depths of stacking) start at 0 and end at some index the last child lives in, where the highest value is what is above everything else.  If you want to set at least the index above index of the combobox.  As I said, using addChild (textDescription) will set the index of the textDescription above all others.

  • Is it possible to get a video to play behind an object?

    Hi all

What I really want to do, it's video look as it is started from a non-rectangular and elliptical framework. Is there a way I can place video as usual in InDesign and place an object with an elipse cut out of it, the same color as the background so it seems that playing a circular video. Of course, once the video is activated, it keeps jumping forward. Is there a way to keep him behind the object? Or y at - it an easier way to do this?

    Thanks in advance.

You can create a dummy MSO framework that remains on top of the video to AutoPlay. There is a 'Masking Videos' item in the application of the advice of DPS.

  • Add tags for the documents tool put an object behind the other or just the contents of page deletions?

Using Acrobat Pro XI to make PDF documents compatible 508. I had a number of questions went using Add Tags to the document option, it is one object behind the other or remove them all together. Also had problems when you try to adjust the reading direction, content is moved or deleted. This PDF file is created from InDesing CS5

Someone knows what I'm talking about or have any ideas on how to fix it? Thank you

Content should always be deleted by adding tags, but it can appear so because - as you note - objects can hide behind other objects. In theory, you can bring out them of hiding to rearrange things in the part of the order, but I have much more luck using the content pane - it provides a level of much finer control. If the text is hidden behind a shaded box, for example, I'll move the box over the text in the content order, then usually convert the box to an artifact if it is already.

    I hope this helps.

  • How to 'hide' a single stroke behind the other object?

I'm struggling with something that shouldn't be this difficult!

I'm planning a logo white T-Shirt only (to go on a dark green T-shirt)

To simplify, let's say I have two ovals with no fill, just a white line.  A small oval overlapping (sur-haut of) the part of the edge of a larger (oval below).    I have

Any advice on how to 'hide' the line which is "behind" the top object?

    As follows: http://i.imgur.com/ZghWTMa.jpg

Actually, I'm not completely sure yet.

Response to Steve assumes silkscreen with a single opaque white ink. It will not work if the composite impression not opaque transfers or cut out the vinyl applied, or if you import the work of two-ellipse for combination of other works of art.

    Because you do not know:

    1. draw two circles with a stroke color and fill color (ex: feature black, white fill) on both.
    2. apply the weight of the desired race.
    3 object > path > describe stroke.
    4 pathfinder palette: merge.
5 white pointer: select both within the regions and remove.
    6. you now have a single compound path; None of the objects that overlap and real 'holes' where you want the substrate to show through. Applies regardless of the fill color (white, etc.) that you need.

But keep in mind what has already been said: white, unless it is defined as a spot color, does "not print." Think in terms of inks, not in terms of 'color '. In a program like Illustrator, 'white' normally means "no ink". And we must always know what printing method that you design.

  • How to add the object behind the window?

    Hello world!

I'm a total noob with AE, and I don't know if it's even possible, but I want to add a face to the guy choked in this scene: the death of Carlo Rizzi - YouTube but it would look stupid if the face is floating above the screen of the window. Is there anyway where I can create the illusion that the face is inside the car, when it looks like he's behind the screen of the window? If you could link me a tutorial or try and explain the easiest way, discovering in mind, I'm a noob, I'll be very grateful!

    Thank you!

It is simply a question of a correction of perhaps more appropriate color extract reflection based on luminance. The latter could easily be done by using the effect of shifting channels and then re-application using Add, blending mode, the rest is really just a case of to match the colors of any images you have for the classification of the film, give or take an additional cleaning may be required.

    Hey guys,.

Im having a problem with my pinned Center the menu at the top of my page. Whenever I scroll to the top, the menu goes behind the images and the texts that are underneath. I tried to fixed by sending the menu at the top layer (arrange > send up), but nothing helped.

    How I fixed it?

    Thank you!

    Hello

You have the Menu added to the master page? If yes then in order to resolve this problem you must add the Menu separately to all pages.

Master page items may be brought forward on the pages. You can use cut and paste in place function paste the Menu on all pages separately.

    Koko Fiko,

You can open the view drop-down list and check out the edges and Bounding Box (both must hide, indicating the possible action, implying that are displayed).

According the description I'm not sure who can apply.
