Lightroom 2015.2 hangs after export - export also extremely slow

Since the installation of the 2015.2 LR update (Win10 x 64), each time you export I did completed then crashes. The status of the request is "No result", sometimes with a white, sometimes black screen. But, I have to kill the process. In addition, I notice that it takes a long time to render images, certainly much longer than previous versions. total of 120 images, only 32% done 18 minutes. It seems to take more time with each successive image.

Many questions confirmed with LR 6.2 - try the steps detailed here: update on 2015.2 Lightroom / Lightroom 6.2 Release

Anyway, you are better helped if you cancel to 6.1.1 as many users: http://www.lightroomqueen.com/how-do-i-roll-back-to-lightroom-2015-1-1-or-lightroom-6-1-1/

    Hi OrionsGlow,

It seems that it is access read and write on the folder you need to do.

Try to change the Destination folder, or give read and write access to the folder selected in the destination from the Finder Panel.

    • Turn off the graphics card, then open Lightroom.

See if you are able to work in Lightroom without any problems or not.

  • Pixelated photos in Lightroom and after export

Hi, I'm new to Lightroom and photo in general editing. I also recently got a Macbook Pro of the retina. When I Zoom on the RAW files before import into Lightroom, they do not appear pixelated (see the picture on the left). Once I have import to Lightroom, they are pixelated when you zoom in. I read somewhere that it is so that you can see how your editing affects each pixel. However, once the photo into LR converting to jpeg and export, they are always very pixelated when zoom you (see the attached picture to the right, in particular the diagonal line on the left of the photo). My questions are: why are jpeg images very pixelated when RAW files are not at all? Is this normal or is at - it a setting I would have changed? I also understand that jpegs will reduce the quality of the photo, but it seems like a significant difference. I have also attached my export in Lightroom settings, even if the exported photo is the same quality that I see in LR. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Screen Shot 2016-07-25 at 02.01.16.png

When you look at the raw file before importing, you don't see the actual raw file, but an overview of the embedded jpg.

I'm guessing that the Mac preview (or whatever application you use) requires a lot of smoothing when the zoom, which gives you a false impression of what the image actually looks like.

Other that that, there is no point in an image is displayed at greater than 100% magnification to judge the quality.

Indeed, 100% is the magnification is valid, because a single pixel of the image is represented by a pixel screen - and gives you a true representation of the image.

So forget the built-in preview and view the image at 100% in Lightroom to judge the quality.

It is even for images exported - view 100%.

  • Export in Lightroom 2015.2.1 blocks Application

If I export several files in Lightroom 2015.2.1, the application creates 4 zero size files and nothing happens. There is no CPU usage and the user interface crashes if I click somewhere else or try to cancel the export. I tried the following:

    -Disable the GPU support.

    -Disable "Show Add Photos screen.

I have tried with success :

    -Create a new, empty catalog.

-Import all photos for the export of the original catalogue.

    -Export with the same options.

But of course this is no final solution. My catalog is huge and well organized. I like to keep my catalog and export the images from it original.

    Hi Hakanu5,

It is a known problem with Lightroom 2015.2.1.

suggest you to return to 2015.1 Lightroom for the export process.

  • Change of color after export from Lightroom

I noticed a color drastically change after the export a file from Lightroom to a JPEG file today. I have been using Lightroom for a while, and it's never happened before. I'm assuming that I changed the setting somehow and I cannot find how to fix.

    Here is the original.

    original.jpg

After exporting a JPEG file. The color is so radically different. I tried both sRGB and AdobeRGB, and they are having the same problem.

    jpeg_adobeRGB1998_now.jpg

It is not as clear as JPEG files, but files edited with Photoshop CS5 seems slightly different view on Lightroom.

I'd appreciate it if someone could help me. Thank you very much for your help!

In the preferences panel, open al Presets tab uncheck the checkboxes at the top (Apply auto tone, etc.). Then click on the button 'Reset all parameters of development by default'. This should make the reset button behave normally. It will remove any other default settings you defined well.

  • Image quality terrible after export RAW to JPG in Lightroom CC

    Hello

I have a huge problem, all my images are blurred after export to jpg, won't save the sharpening applied.

Is this a bug still / again? Help, please!

You view the image at 100% magnification? When the image does not match the screen, different applications use different algorithms to resize the image, and some seem sharper than others.

If the image is intended for display of the screen, you must export to the pixel dimensions will be adapted on the screens of most people - like 1000 pixels.

When you use 2400, you are sure that the image will be resized on most screens.

Edit: 100% magnification is only can be used to assess the sharpness accurately.

  • Lightroom cc computer crashes on export to slideshow

Export a slideshow from Lightroom CC, my computer hangs after that is about 10% complete. The only thing I can do is do a hard boot with the power button. I have updated to the latest version of Lightroom and spin Windows 10.

I just tried to export a slide show using Lightroom CC 2015.4 on a computer Windows 10. I've lived the same cabin. In the latest Lightroom Slideshow module depends on the graphics processing unit. My computer doesn't have a GPU, and I can't run a slide show or export. I have Lightroom 4.4 still installed on my computer. I can go to this version and the slideshow module works as expected. So, apparently, if you want to use the slide show with the latest version of Lightroom, you had better install a graphics with a compatible GPU.

  • Voiceover first clip of bad quality, after export only. Audio effects involved. How can I fix it?

All the sound quality is as desired in the timeline panel during the first edition. After export, the first clip in voice-over ONLY, now has a dominant white fuzzy noise. If I delete this clip and export, the clip that was the second, but now first, inherits the problem.

The video below has the original "first music video" removed, to show that the problem persists in the new video for first, which was previously the second and previously sounded very good. Each "phrase" or an "expression" is on his own audio clip, on the same track.

Also note that the sound quality of the music is great in each. In addition, the quality of the voice is perfectly fine in all the remaining 3 minutes of video.

From what I can tell, it's like audio effects have not been applied to the item first, after export. I use DeNoiser, dynamics and Volume of the channel in the whole of the audio track of the set (as opposed to each individual clip) voice. When I apply effects to each of the first 3 clips and place them on a separate track, and export, all 3 clips have the problem of white noise.

I guess that the effects take some time to 'register' and so when effects are applied to the entire track this should happen only once. But just who does not sense that this is a permanent problem or every video ever made by creating using DeNoiser and dynamics would have this problem!

What Miss me? There must be a way to solve this problem.

    Here is a screenshot:

    PremiereScreenshot.png

I use version creative Cloud, Adobe first Pro CC 2015

I exported with the following parameters:

    H.264

Format AAC, AAC Codec (tried MPEG and Dolby as well)

    48000 Hz

    Stereo (tried MONO as well)

    High quality

    320 kbps bitrate

    Bitrate priority

    Make maximum use

    Thank you.

    WORKAROUND SOLUTION:

I used both your advice to a solution that WORKS. Simply, I moved all the audio on this track 5 seconds back and insert an audio clip arbitrary at the beginning of the track. I then exported audio on one. WAV file. I imported the. WAV file in the project and trim the beginning (with the arbitrary clip) back to what is supposed to be the beginning of the audio.

The arbitrary clip inherited the problem and the remaining clips are great. They reside on a track that has no effects applied, as the. WAV files retain the proper sound quality.

Also, I've read just after this operation that checking the box "Freeze" can cause the denoiser to apply instantly. I've never tried, but if it works, it's probably a simpler solution.

    Thank you.

  • Pictures goes after export

I use Lightroom 2.3 64 bit on an operating system of Windows 7 Home Premium to process my RAW photos. When I export a photo directly treated in a folder on my hard drive, it seems very dark and muddy to the future, even if she seemed fine in the Lightroom Catalog. I had prints made from the exported files, and they appear as very dark and muddy. Also, oddly enough, when I'll be back to the Lightroom catalog after export photo, ALL photos in Lightroom to appear darker than they were prior to export. If I close Lightroom and come back later, they seem OK once again (with the exception of the photos already exported, which remain dark). Any ideas?

Looks like you say it's all brilliant in Lightroom, until you export and then they are dark, but randomly afterwards, they are light again. See obscuritees and the light of the versions of your files when you switch between the modules library and develop?

  • Problem: video downgrades the quality after exporting

    Hello world!

IM new and this is my first question on the forum.

Now, I created 10 succesful videos with Adobe Premiere Pro, editing Gopro videos 1080 p 60 fps.

My new video, I started using my phone Samsung Galaxy Neo S3 content.

The problem: after exporting my video, the quality of Gopro videos is like 480 p, but I still want the quality as the original, 1080 p 60 fps.

What I need to do / how can I solve this problem?

    Relevant information:

Laptop specs: Windows 10 960 M from NVIDIA, Intel core i7.

    Export format: H.264.

I tried already rendering in modes: Youtube, Vimeo 1080, Match source 1080HD high flow, I ticked the box "maximum render quality".

But nothing is done, the quality of the videos Gopro changed as 480 p after the export of the video.

    Please help me.

Although I have not any more wise, I found a solution on Youtube.

In my calendar, there is a yellow bar. I had to click "sequence" and then "render outside". Then the bar turned green.

Then I had to select the export mode: HD 1080 p 29.97 fps.

Then, as in my first picture, you can see "basic video settings".

You can scroll down here, and there is also a "fps rate" which was 30 (automatic).

I had to change at 60 frames per second. It is also recommended to check the box "made to maximum depth" in the audio and video tab.

The size of the file push double (200%), but the quality is good as it should.

I want to thank you for your efforts and help.

  • Red and yellow stripes on my video after export to Adobe first CC

    Hello gentlemen of Adobe!

I searched all over the internet, but I did not find my answer.

I downloaded the latest update for Adobe premiere cc (2015) on my Macbook Pro retina 15 "(2013, 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 GB DDR3, GeForce GT 750 M 2048 MB) and I have no why but I still have the red and yellow stripes, appearing on my video after export H264, MOV, MPEG2, MP4. So, I have my softwareuninstalled and reinstalled, but nothing seems to work...

Do you have any advice? Or do you know how to solve this problem?

Thank you very much for all your answers, and I'm really sorry for my bad English!

    bug.jpg

Many people have seen my post, but nobody has tried to answer...

So never mind I found what I needed, you just when you export to do the rendering with the mercury playback engine only. I don't know why adobe make it so complicated.

  • Pe11: Audio VERY loud or distorted after export

    Hello.

Please excuse my bad English. I hope you understand everything.

Since a few days I use Adobe Premiere elements 11. Still works great, despite the audio after the export of a video.

When editing, everything is normal. I have set the volume to my tastes. But after export, everything is way to loud and distorted.

So far I was able to solve the problem with turning down the volume - 30db for the soundtrack and - 15db for the comment.

Like this, the export is very good. But in the editing window, watching the preview, I don't hear anything. Also if I use the automatic adjustment (Bo = background noise, comment = foreground) everything is distorted even more (although I really want to use this feature, because the workflow would be so much more faster/easier)

This is not what I expected. It's just a bad workflow. I want to hear/see the final result before exporting it. In addition, the video easily deforms, when beeing adjusted contrast, brightness, etc (also only after export. looks fine in preview). BTW, I do not do before exporting it.

I'm doing something wrong? How can I solve this problem?

    Camera: Canon T3i (600 d) (full HD 24 p)

Comment: Vote on Samsung rating 2 (Zoom H1) soon

    Soundtrack: MP3s (high quality)

I tried export Flash (youtube) and mpeg. No difference.

I hope you can help me.

    Greetings

    Thanks for your reply.

That's what I was doing at the end.

I tried judging with speakers, and headphones. both with the same result.

before PE11, I edited the same audio in windows movie maker, and I never had problems like that.

Setting the tone and then by looking at the meter to lower the overall volume.

I just thought that there was a way, to hear the result before exporting it.
