  Looks like something is corrupt, as wipe you it I loaded the OS to a newer version if possible.

  Manual device OS upgrade instructions:

  Have you checked the TCP/IP protocol settings?
  Do this!

  The settings are located in:
  Network connections-> network connection WLan-> properties-> Protocol TCP/IP-> properties

• I erased from my hard drive and can not use Win 7

  I tried to delete Grub/Ubuntu and eventually remove Win 7. At least it will not start. And if I use my repair disc, that's not restore my Win 7.   (1) you are using a 16-bit/channel image - go to Image-> Mode-> 8 bits/channel

  (2) you are not in Expert mode - click Expert top
