Lightroom CC unusable 2015.1.1

I'm (trying) to use Lightroom CC 2015.1.1 on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit m/c (3770 K I7 not overclock, 32 GB, Radeon HD 6950 (15.7 drivers), system drive = SSD. LR on an another SSD cache.)

The initial installation of the CC 2015 has been terrible, very unstable and very slow. I am grateful that I have just updated a catalog at this time. The update was not much better, but encourages me to update your catalogs more a couple. It is very greedy for cpu and memory and much slower than 5.7.1. The latest version (2015.1.1) is completely unusable. The software is slower than what I remember never use and crispy pastry. Is the worst software I never paid to use.

I tried GPU on and outside, no real difference in usability. Removal and reconstruction of preferences did not help, outside of which allows him to start at all after the last crash. Turn off the secondary display help a little, but how usable is that?

Then just go back to an earlier version? Uninstall and reinstall? Can you collect CC 2014? How do with a catalog updated? When Adobe will release a stable version?

Try returning to 14,12 drivers from AMD. There is a bug which AMD have yet to be set.

    No, you won't lose your settings for Applications like Photoshop or Lightroom.

    It's just when uninstall creative cloud.

    Hi Adam, drag & drop does not work?

    When you hover over the folder you want to move the images on hold until you see the folder highlight (take a clear gray color) and then let it go.

    You should see a message (picture below)

    Press to move to confirm.

  • Lightroom CC grip (2015)

    I am under Lightroom CC (2015) - the last update - on OS X 10.11.5 with 16 GB of RAM and a lot of free space on the disk.

    The problem started when I was browsing newly imported (on an external drive) RAW images in the develop module. Lightroom froze and would not be conducive to the next image. I force quit and found that while the Lightroom app to quit another application called Adobe Lightroom has been run, and I couldn't force leave it - he trotted. I tried to restart, and the application of Adobe Lightroom has prevented the restart. I checked Activity Monitor and cannot find this application running.

    I forced a stop, rebooted and started Lightroom. He gave me the dialog box could not find the previous catalogue, but that the catalogue was on that preceding that precipitated the blow, I worked, and he couldn't find it because I changed the name of its elements. I tried to open the catalog I had worked on and Lightroom froze after a second about. I force quit it and found the application Adobe Lightroom still in market, as described above, and he could not be stopped.

    I forced a shutdown and restarted mode without failure, and the behavior is the same.

    I trashed all the files com.adobe.lightroom.plist for all versions of Lightroom in the ~/Library/Preferences folder. When I launched Lightroom, the behavior is the same as above. I do not know where Lightroom stores the list of previous catalogs, but he is not in the .plist.

    I again forced a stop, uninstalled and restarted Lightroom using the uninstall application. When it is finished, there was a 57KO file left in the folder called Adobe Lightroom, which could not be sacked because he was running and I couldn't force it quit.

    I've forced a stop, rebooted and was able to remove the Adobe Lightroom 57 KB file. I relaunched Lightroom, and the behavior is the same.

    I don't know what else to do. The additional troubleshooting instructions would be greatly appreciated.

    Problem solved. The catalogue has been corrupted.

    Moral of the story: always keep a backup (or two) of the original RAW images.

  • In Lightroom Creative cloud 2015 - my Radial filters and Gradient are broken and not operating correctly. How can I remedy this?

    I use Lightroom CC 2015 - I just upgraded to version LR ^ and everything worked WONDERFULLY, but last week my gradient and radial filter stopped working correctly, and I'm not sure how to fix this? For example when I click on them to use them, on the gradient filter I don't get the 'line' to 'stretch' (or 'circle' for the Radial filter) in all of my photo? If I select the checkbox at the bottom, to show the hidden region sometimes I see a hidden ares, sbut mostly not.

    I'm not sure how to fix this?  Can anyone help? Please?

    These are my tools 2 FAVORITES in the develop Module.  Maybe I was wearing the overuse? Laughing out loud!  This is how much I love them.

  • I had to pay for adobe lightroom for may 2015.  Yet, I have to install the software because I knew I was getting a computer.  Now I have a computer and it's not even give me the option to download the software.  What should I do?

  • Lightroom version: CC 2015.3 [1052427] - zoom is pixelated

    When I Zoom in on a photo in the latest version of lightroom, I don't see the detail, I used to be able to see in previous versions. Everything is coming pixelated.

    If something has changed between this version and the previous one?

    Even with a Retina display when you exceed Zoom 1:1 at some point you'll start to see the individual image pixels. On my NEC PA272w 2560 x 1440 monitor, I can begin to see slight pixelation at 2:1 Zoom and very sensitive to the 4:1 Zoom. Seems quite normal and has nothing to do with the resolution of the camera.

  • Update of Lightroom CC November 2015: import format is back to normal, but after the first import, now it shows not all pictures on my card

    I * hated * the new import dialog box so actually have several cards which have just been collectible images in recent months.  I was so happy to hear that Adobe has put the old import returns with this version.  I've upgraded LR, jumped into one of my cards, was delighted to see the old format which shows me the destination directories and allows me to their collapse downwards, then uncheck the box.  Then I collapse all and select a date, choose metadata presets (location) and add keywords for this event and import.  Beautiful... so far now, in the next few days.  Or so I thought.

    I click Import the 2nd time, the card reader flashes for a bit, then stops - no image showing to import.  GMA

    -J' I doublecheck the setting of the "export map" - he did not review.  But I have reinstall the card anyway.  Nothing.

    -J' have check in Windows Explorer - Yes, a lot of ships there to import.

    -Well, maybe he thinks he imported, so I uncheck the "don't import suspected fooled no" (which used gray-just out them anyway)-nothing.

    -J' I quit and restart Lightroom.  Nothing.

    -J' I plug the card reader into a different USB port.  Nothing.

    Adobe WTF?  I have never seen this one before.  I'll reboot the PC right then, but thought I would ask if others see it too...

    Well, I'm distracted: my line "I have never seen anything like this before ' was BS.  6 months ago I * fact * see the solution and it was to switch the triangle next to folders to destination according to another thread.  Fortunately, just after the announcement, some screen I went to in the forums showed me my past behaviour, and there was the answer.  This bug is apparently still there - if your images to import will not be displayed, try clicking on the Panel of the destination folder on the right side of the dialog box and they'll pop right back in - they have just made for me.  I wish you to understand why this is happening and why they have not fixed.

    You must decompress the file compressed, as backup catalogs are in compressed Format.

    You should also check for the permissions on the images folder to read and write

  • Lightroom CC (version 2015.2.1) constant suspended

    I am currently trying to edit some pictures, but Lightroom is constantly hanging or crashing in the dark for 10-15 seconds before recovering. It happens every 2nd or third attempt to make a change and sitting here writing this happens every 30 seconds while it sits on the Lightroom screen on the Help menu. It does not seem to be a technical problem, watch Manager tasks, the CPU, memory and disk are difficult to be affected (compare the two screenshots below). I also tried to disable the GPU acceleration, but that has not changed anything.

    Anyone has any ideas on what could cause this problem?
