Photoshop cs6 does not, on the contrary, I get a pop up window to subscribe to the complete composition of creative cloud. I tried opening with its .exe file, go to Lightroom and opening an image from there. Without success. The darn popup window just trying to sell me a subscription to the cc. I'm desperate. I ran into this before. Click "buy this product" on the trial countdown screen.
Identifies you if requested with your Adobe ID and password the cloud is an option for those who do not have a license serial number. It is not mandatory.

Responded to upgrade Firefox 11 reviews. Downloaded and installed following the instructions. Message on RealPlayer supplement that need manual update. No other errors with the installation. Create a new profile as a test to see if your profile is the source of the problems.

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "tools > Modules > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

Hello, as stated in the title, I recently bought a one year student membership to Cloud Adobe Creative suite, with the confirmation number provided by email. It's been more than 24 hours, and I still cannot download my purchase. When I click on the download button, the download starts, but is only to between 4 and 30% before stopping. Error messages that are returned are 201 or 1001. 201 refers to the Internet connection which, according to the website of my ISP, is fine. Referring to the 1001 error troubleshooting section offers all first uninstall the desktop app creative cloud and then reinstall it before you run the vacuum cleaner. However, I am unable to uninstall the trial version, only receives a message that uninstalling cannot happen because other applications use. None are open and even a restart does not solve the problem.
Adobe phone service is naturally closed at the time wherever I come home from work, and their chat tool is inactive since purchase. So, I turn on the forums. If someone from Adobe can contact me, or if anyone in the Adobe community has useful advice, it will be greatly appreciated.

Can not download the latest version of Creative Cloud Desktop

I see by clicking on the link of the VERSION of the APP that a new desktop CC version was released (3.5.0.206), but when I click on the download link for desktop PC CC on the Adobe website, it still installs 3.4.3.189. How can I get the new version? I'm having a lot of trouble with CC crashing all the time.

Initially downloaded photoshop through creative cloud but now it says my trial ran out?
My payment still works and it opens on my another computer very well, but Photoshop on my laptop says that the trial is in place. Can someone tell me what should I do to get it working again?

Downloaded the trial version free Photoshop CS6 - but can't open it. :(
I'm not a technology expert, but I'd like to believe that I'm not THAT blind (or stupid)... I just downloaded the trial version of Photoshop CS6... followed all the steps...
and now cannot find the icon or on a way to open it without it restart the process to download all over again (starting with the req Adobe would download).
Where is he? Help!

Download Indesign CS6 etc. through creative cloud problem
I was wondering if someone could help me.
I have a creative cloud account and have downloaded previous pieces of software, including Indesign CS6. I had problems to launch with Indesign (on OS Lion Mountian) has thus removed the package via app zapper. Now in the creative files and download applications section, I am unable to download apps. Does anyone else have this problem? Unfortunately, in the Adobe Application Manager, it see as installed Indesign.
The other problem is that I just noticed my Adobe Application Manager seems more to be installed. It seems that Adobe Download Assistant crushed it? Perhaps?

Really, we apologize for all the inconvinience that you have faced.
There seems to be remaining data remains in different places on your system that does not allow applications to reinstall on the pc.
I would say please follow the cleaning steps manual & run the cleanup tool of CS Adobe given in the below knowledge base document:

On an iMac using 10.6.8 OS and Firefox 11, an account turns FF fine, but another account on the same machine does not work. FF appears to start... the control bar appears at the top of the screen and a light under the icon... but no window opens. By clicking on a link in an e-mail brings the same result.
OOOOPS! Standing in the shower this morning, I realized what the problem was. A nephew of visit showed my wife and I have a YouTube video and it shows on the big screen by dragging the FF window on television while connected to my wife's account. When we finished watching the video of the TV, we have moved from input to TV and never drag the window to the computer screen. Happy to announce everything now works as it should.
