  The desktop icons cannot answer for various reasons, including the links broken or corrupt, malwares, viruses, etc..

  Method 1:

  Seems to be a problem with the destination location.

  Try changing the location of destination at the top on the right under 'FOR' pictures folder or any other location on your local hard drive.

  • Please go the library Module, then go in the preferences.
  • Go to the performance tab and uncheck the option "use graphics processor.
  • Restart lightroom. and check

  You don't mention what version in your first post - it's an important detail.

  Are you sure that you open the CC of Lr version and not an older version that is still on your computer?

  If this is not the case - out of the application of CC desktop and sign back in--this should lead to the latest version.

  1) you can use PSE as an external editor in Lightroom to? In other words can you try this and let us know if it works or does not work. Please check the screenshots in Post # 10 of 5 Lightroom and plugin 13 items and add PSE as an external editor... and try it.

  2) what format are your original files in? If I remember correctly, export the files 'original' will include any changes, which may be the case if your original files are DNG files.

  I add a 3rd question:

  3) "I export on my MAC, not PSE." Please explain the steps you use in detail in order to fully understand what you are doing. Looks like you're working on two separate systems, but say "I use LR 4 on Mac". Where is installed in PSE and what version is?

• Lightroom 6 (not responding) at startup.

  I'm running Lightroom 6 stand-alone version, and recently, to put on the road, I get an error "not responding". After a few minutes resolves the problem, but it is a problem that is boring without worrying. No change in system didn't have been implemented recently. The graphics driver is updated.
